Service sucks give staff members n only two clients on teller line waiting to be serviced. Two bankers on teller line they walked away n ignore us. I asked if they can serve us n they just walk away!!! They were talking snout meeting their sales goals n if the people waiting not open accounts then we should wait!!! Wow I thought there was no sales goals seems we at the teller line did not matter . I left branch for another will not frequent this branch!!! Service n management need to talk about service not sales goals in fro t of clients !!! I know nothing will be done to rectify this lack of service it's new banking n it seems this branch is going it

The Diamond Bar branch is outstanding - especially considering the migration/transition from Union Bank to US Bank in March 2023. Unfortunately the in branch computers do not mirror Customer Service phone/online support - so it takes a lot of calling - being on hold and transferring to get correct information. Cindi Tong was especially helpful in processing my Plat+ VISA application - they just do not have enough workers to handle intake and problems. Thank the branch workers for their outstanding assistance.

The Diamond Bar branch is outstanding - especially considering the migration/transition from Union Bank in March 2023. Rick Ngo, the branch manager, is so helpful and knowledgeable about the online interface and setting up HELOC and mortgage account alerts. Cindi Tong was especially helpful in processing my Plat+ VISA application. Please commend and thank the branch workers for their outstanding in-person assistance.

Very poor customer service. No one (Jada, Janelle, or Adam) could tell me why an electronic payment that I made on July 28th to a credit card was still pending on July 31st. Neither Jada nor Adam could explain why there is a 5 - 10 day lag period in which the payment is "processing". Adam requested multiple times that he speak to someone else in our household that could understand that this is just their processing routine, implying stupidity on my part. He also said that this is the fault of the merchant. What merchant does not want to be paid promptly? To me, it is just poor service on the part of the bank, which seems to be floating the money to its benefit.

Branch closes at 5:00 pm on Fridays. It's hard to get service at times as no full teller staff and usually directed to new accounts for anything.

I have been a long time US Bank customer & I have never had an issue with this bank. Today., I visited this one because I was in the area. I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to the gentleman and woman representatives that helped me around lunch time. Both were patient with me and answered all my questions regarding a personal loan.

My son goes to Diamond bar high school but You can’t open a personal checking account if you live 10 miles away from this Diamond bar branch. So I’ve to drive to the nearest branch of my home address.

BTW, from the previous comment, funny thing is I had a US Bank Business account with them and my company is 5 mins away from the Diamond Bar branch and 2 employees (2 Asian male) don't even bother to verify. Quick rejected my application

Spent 1.5 hours at the branch to try to get my business checking account established and nothing was completed. They blamed technical issues. I felt like I walked in a bank in the 1970s. What a total waste of time/money!

Our mortgage is with US Bank, we refinanced with US Bank so we decided to get a HELOC through them we have excellent credit and hundreds of thousands of dollars in equity. Our experience was terrible, they wasted our time requesting ridiculous amounts of documents only to deny us.I will never do business with US Bank and I'm canceling my USBank credit card. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional.

Our mortgage is with US Bank, we refinanced with US Bank so when we wanted an equity line of credit we called them first. We gave excellent credit and hundreds of thousands in equity. After making us jump through hoops and supplying a ridiculous amount of documents we were denied. Closing my US Bank credit card. Horrible service. Never doing business with them. I'll share my experience with others.

I drove miles to withdraw my money and this bank does not have a single ATM working. They have only one drive through atm which is not working. Very bad service

Still have not had an update on my issue. Was called by us bank social media department, but that called ended up going nowhere. I have filed a casework form from my local representative to hopefully make this better. But in no way is this issue fixed or being fixed. My account is now closed and I am unable to view it. This is a great way to treat people who really do not have money or have really struggled with disabilities. Thanks US Bank branch! Update: Ryan from the Social media team in fact, did NOT help at all. I have signed on my local and state assembly members, their states attorney general, just filled a police report Saturday july 10, for us bank filing false reports to the police. I turned over all phone recordings as well. Do not allow big companies like this to push you around. I am setting up bogusbank com to allow you to send in pictures, videos, and recordings on US bank and others to really show the public how they treat us.
