Excellent place!!! Absolutely love having my kid enrolled here :))) ... they have a great structured learning program for all levels of child development, and they implement it systematically, and consistently, every single day your child is in their care. Love the staff, the rate is fair, and the caring and playful environment is priceless!!!

My daughter attended Towne and Country for about 4 months before she transitioned to a more traditional preschool. Towne and Country came highly recommended. What I liked most was the great supervision, locked/secure facility and small class sizes. She was 2 and turned 3 while she was enrolled. Her teachers were kind, professional and patient. My daughter enjoyed attending and I am happy we made the decision to enroll.

I was looking for a preschool early last year, and a lot of places would not enroll students who were not 2 year old by the Fall. Gina was always prompt and open about the enrollment process, and allowed my son to start in Spring session as soon as my son turned 2. For that, we are so grateful. My son had fear of new environment and new faces, but Gina and the teachers made it as comfortable as possible, and were all so patient with him. We have seen my son grow so much in just six months, he is no longer shy and quiet. Tuition was reasonable. So many fun activities and field trip . Summer camp was so much fun. We are so sad to to leave due to relocating to another city.If you are looking for a preschool for your child, look no further. This place was the best!We will definitely miss everyone at Towne and Country! Thank you guys for all that you have done for my son! Only down side is no lunch provided. So gotta pack your own lunch.

UPDATE: I have now had two kids at Towne and Country- they are four years apart and they have done so well! My oldest was there until she started kinder and because the teachers focus on education, there was absolutely no learning curve! Her only adjustment upon leaving T&C for kinder was just adjusting to a new school. Because of the staff she knew many sight words and simple addition and subtraction, shapes, and colors. My son started at T&C in the infant class- and the staff is top notch. Ms. Debbie is exceptional and my son still talks about the 'baby class' fondly. From the age of 3 onward my kiddos were learning to identify letters and shapes, and practicing writing their name. This class is so fun and she's so patient and caring. With Ms. Angela they are learning to be more independent as well as learning pre-reading basics. They have circle time, discuss the days of the week and weather. With Mrs. Chandi they really bloom. I saw my son really grow during this last year as he really began to grasp the academic concepts being taught. He speaks clearly and has a passion for books and learning that I know was sparked with the help of the instructors. This year he 'graduated' and is moving onto Kinder and I know he will do well. He's always been an outgoing and happy boy, but the staff have really helped him develop the discipline necessary for kinder. He writes so clearly and is in the beginning stages of reading and I know it's due to the time and dedication put in by the staff but especially the pre-k and Kinder teacher Mrs. Chandi. By the time they leave T&C and go onto kinder, they've learned and have familiarity with: writing their name, beginning sentences, counting, simple addition and subtraction, writing numbers up to 100, simple fractions, telling time to the hour, identifying currency, identifying patterns, sequences, reading comprehension, science concepts including parts of a plant, insects, simple density, material identification and more! She's so amazing and is truly dedicated to seeing kids excel academically.Academics aside, if you're in need of child care, this place is absolutely amazing. They do crafts almost daily, the kids get time to run around and use their bodies outside, and they have so many activities planned for the kids. Anyone can be sure your kid is safe for 8 hours while you're at work, but the staff here really work to make the time the kids are here truly fun and magical. Just to name a few of the fun activities: Halloween parade, Thanksgiving feasts, Christmas party, Holiday performance (pre-Covid), New Years Party, Chinese New year celebration, Valentines swap, Dr. Seuss week, Easter Egg hunt, egg decorating, Cinco de Mayo, Teacher appreciation week, Open house and all accompanying crafts. Not to mention the older (4 and 5 yo) kiddos get to do science projects like growing flowers and making volcanos. Don't even get me started with summer, I got so much pushback from my kids for going on vacation because they loved summer program so much they didn't want to miss any of the fun stuff. In years past they had field trips which are slowly starting to come back. Apart from arts and crafts they do water play days, have character visits, special treat days, etc. Having both my kids here for the past 8 years has been such a joy. I am so glad that their childhood was filled with a wonderful balance of learning- based care and the messy, magical fun of childhood. Gina is the director, and I think that she and her staff do an amazing job of putting on fun activities and parties for the kiddos- it's a true testament to their dedication. I've talked to a dozen other moms who have had experiences at other daycares, and the others may offer diapers, may do a craft once in a while, but what you get at T&C is above and beyond, and is totally worth the price.

The first few years of a child's life are so important to his/her development, and choosing the right preschool is such a daunting task. Like many parents, I toured all of the surrounding schools, but I knew right away that Towne & Country was the right place for my son. He started attending two years ago and will be graduating at the end of this month, and I can honestly say that I couldn't have been happier with my choice!Location: I absolutely love, love the location! It's away from the hustle and bustle of the major street, and sits atop a peaceful and serene hill. Security patrols the premises often, and I don't have to worry about my son's safety.Leadership: A great school starts with great leadership from the top, and Ms. Gina is truly the best of the best! Even though I'm certain she is plenty busy with director duties, she still makes the time and effort to greet each child by name! My son always feels so special because she says hello/bye to him every single day during drop off and pick up. :) She's also patient and understanding, and responds to every email super quickly!Teachers & Curriculum: Every single teacher is warm and friendly, and my son has loved all of his teachers! He's had the pleasure of being taught by Ms. Leslie (no longer there), Ms. Paulina, Ms. Angela, and Ms. Chandi. The school is academic based, and he's learned so much! They have high standards for each child and the rigor is definitely there, but they make sure to accommodate and help each child be successful! In addition to the learning, they also have tons of fun! Their holiday events (Halloween, Easter, Fourth of July, etc.) are too adorable, and their summers are full of fun activities (on-site character appearances, field trips, etc.) My son and I always talk about his day at school, and he's always had nothing but positive things to share! :)I'm really sad that my son's time at T&C is ending, but I can't thank them enough! I'm so proud of the person that my son is growing up to be, and I know that T&C played a crucial role in his development! I would recommend this school to everyone! :)

My youngest son is graduating from T&C tomorrow and although I am happy he is growing and moving up but he and I will miss all the teachers here. Hands down Towne and country is the best preschool in Diamond Bar and I highly recommend anybody looking for a safe place that prepares your child for kindergarten/elementary. Ms. chandi and Ms. Angela really aims high when it comes to academics. They will really teach the students everything in a fun way. I have sent my older two boys since they were 3 months old and now my oldest is in middle school and second boy in 5th grade and my youngest is entering kindergarten and 3 boys are thriving!!! Thank you and shout out to the director Ms. GINA.. she's the best.

I've had my two boys in T&C for a little over a year now, and can confidently say that: 1) I don't have to worry about their safety while they're at school, 2) I know that they are being challenged and encouraged to grow, and 3) they have fun. Not sure what else you can ask for from a school. My boys have had a number of teachers so far (Ms. Lupe (no longer at the school), Ms. Julianne, Ms. Alina, Ms. Crystal, Ms. Angela, Ms. Chandi) and all of them have been wonderful. My older one is obsessed with his teacher, Ms. Chandi. Ms. Gina (the director) is also wonderful and has great communication with the parents. Would recommend this school without hesitation.

We joined T&C in June 2021. With the ongoing pandemic, my husband and I were hesitant on whether putting our child back into school would be the right decision or not. Ms. Gina and Ms. Chandi made us feel safe and optimistic about our choice. My child had not been in school for 1+ year and became very shy during the pandemic. Ms. Chandi took the time to help my child catch up to her peers socially and academically. I was so impressed that she went from barely knowing her ABCs to reading in just a year. She also started to become more outgoing and loved going to school every day to play with her friends. Ms. Chandi truly prepared my child for success in public school and helped her develop a love for reading. Ms. Chandi is firm but caring and just an overall amazing teacher. She's invested in the well-being of her students and goes above and beyond to help her students succeed. When it came time to put my younger child into daycare earlier this year, I had my reservations since she was so young but knew that T&C would take care of her. Ms. Kitty speaks Chinese so it was reassuring that my younger child who didn't speak any English at the time would be understood. She started in the infant class and has now moved up to the 2yo big kid class. She's learned so many new words in such a short period of time and has really taken to school. I can't wait to see her continue to grow here.Ms. Gina is the sweetest school director. She has cultivated a positive and welcoming school environment and a strong group of teachers. There is a level of care and commitment amongst all the teachers here that really shines. It feels warm and not transactional at all. The classrooms and playground are very clean and well kept. She is always available and quick to respond to any questions we have. She's developed such a good relationship with my child. My child loves her dearly and still misses her. Whenever my friends ask if we like our school, I can whole-heartedly recommended T&C. We are so glad to be part of the T&C family.

Towne and Country has been a godsend to our family, with both our children starting daycare since 6 months old. Prior to having my son enrolled here, I had visited about a dozen different potential daycares, with the anxiety that I am sure all working moms have had at leaving their child to be watched at such a tender age. However, the moment I met Ms. Gina (the most amazing, loving, gentle, and professional school director) and toured the school, I knew I had found the perfect place. The school is tucked away across the DB library and next to the AQMD, in a quiet and unassuming building. I would say that what has set this daycare apart from all other daycares are all of the teachers, who have been equally loving and attentive, with the children reflecting this --- all being carefree and happy to just be kids. I could write an essay about each of the teachers, including Ms. Thushari, Ms. Phuong (both whom are no longer at the facility), Ms. Debbie, Ms. Yvonne, Ms. Kitty, Ms. Lupe (the most amazing and patient 2-yr toddler class teacher, who has some sort of sorcery under her sleeves, as both my children were seemingly potty trained overnight. Both my children have and still ADORE Ms. Lupe and only have had fond memories of her), Ms. Angela, Ms. Paulina, Ms. Julianne, Ms. Leslie, and last but not least, Ms. Chandi. We love and thank you all! As my eldest has just graduated and moved to elementary school this year, I wanted to give a special thank you to Ms. Chandi for guiding my son during her kinder program. She is perhaps one of the most loving teachers I have ever met, greeting every child with such enthusiasm every morning. Despite her busy mornings, she never hesitated to take extra time to ask about my son, discussing any areas of concerns that I may have, and asking for any feedback I had about tailoring the academics to ensure that he excelled. Under her loving guidance and discipline, I can safely say that my son is THRIVING in elementary school. She has laid the groundwork of strong academics and reinforced a code of ethics, that is now second nature to my son. I could not recommend Ms. Chandi and Towne and Country more to anyone who is interested. This school has been a huge part of our lives, with my son attending for over 5 yrs; and I am very much looking forward to the upcoming years at Towne and Country for my daughter as well!

My review is for the infant room. Reviews in yelp were created a while back so I hope you find this review helpful. I enrolled my daughter a little before she turned 1 year old. As a first time mom who went thru a long journey just to have our rainbow baby; placing her in daycare was the most difficult decision we had to make especially during covid. I called a few day care centers and they would only allow me to virtually see a classroom and the requirement would be to drop her off at the door some of which did not have windows. Others daycares maybe only had one infant or no enrollments yet. We kept our daughter isolated for a full year due to covid, therefore she was never around strangers and just the thought of having to drop her off at a place where I have not yet seen in person made me sick to my stomach. My hubby found Town&Country and since there were no recent reviews in Yelp he convinced me to at least go check the place out. I am so glad I did. I love the setup, open windows, the playground and best of all I could drop my daughter off in her classroom. The way the infant center was built it is already following CDC guidelines. After speaking to Gina, I was convinced this would be the place I would be dropping off my daughter. Gina was so patient and understanding. I called every day the first week a couple of times, crazy but true. Thank you Gina and team for all your patience. Infant room: A big thank you to Debbie and Yvonne you can tell they really love kids and create a friendly nurturing environment. My daughter hugs them and at times shows affection towards them and that is how I know they are just so caring. My daughter really enjoys this place especially because we have no family and daycare is the only place she gets to interact with other children in her age group. They keep a log entry of meals, diaper changes etc. In the summer they have summer activities and it is communicated to parents what activities infants are participating in. My daughter loved all the activities. I love the fact that they include in a bulletin by drop off door what the infants are learning that week. Educational activities are very important to us and I am glad they continue those educational activities in the classroom. Debbie practices flash cards and helps them with artwork. Both Debbie and Yvonne reads to the infants and creates a friendly environment. I teach my daughter at home a lot as well. So the combination of all that has really helped my daughter thrive and is helping her with her social skills. My daughter just turned 19 months and she already knows colors, objects. all body part names, shapes, planet matching, animal matching, coloring, she can count 1 to 5 and speaks so many words. All this is due to us working with her at home and to the teachers in the infant room. I call them teachers because they do a lot more than just being a caretaker. Overall I would recommend this place and big thank you to Towne&Country Infant Center.

I can't praise Towne & Country enough, my son has been going here since he was 5 months. As a first time mom I was apprehensive about leaving my son with strangers, but what's a working mom to do?! Hindsight it was the best decision! If only I could go back and tell myself everything will be just fine Infant Class Review: the teachers are warm and loving, so attentive to the babies. They keep a daily log of how long they slept, how much they ate, even when they changed their diaper and what type of diaper they had. They really focus on providing a nurturing environment for the babies and even share with you when they hit milestones! They would show me pictures and videos of when my son sitting up, crawling and walking. They were always available for my hundreds of phone calls. Two- Year Old Class Review: Ms. Lupe is a super teacher! She really helped my son learn fine motor skills, social skills and manners but most importantly they assist with potty training! Hands down if it wasn't for her my son would still be in diapers! The programming is amazing so many fun activities for the kids to do!COVID IMPACT: my son has continued to attend Towne & Country since it's reopening in June 2020 and not so much as a cold or runny nose in over a year! They really emphasize health and safety and have lots of safety measures in place to ensure the kids health.Overall this place is a hidden gem, run by amazing teachers and the director Ms. Gina
