Below 0 customer service! 1. When they want to push the selfcheck line even it's not busy at all,( suspicious pretend to be busy at work) they yell and leave you wonder who the heck are they talking to? 2. The price tag showed the wrong price, about 50% more than the actual price. Once you asked them to correct they started to act like you owe them and they just did you a favor. No courtesy verbal exchanges at all. And more... never target again!

One of the best Targets in the area. Clean, organized, and helpful staff. When it comes to online orders for Drive-up, probably the fastest Target to complete my orders after it is placed.

This Target is the closest in the area and it is located in the city of Diamond Bar. They have a large parking lot and also some electrical chargers for certain cars. I've been here plenty of times before and after Covid and have found that recently the lines have been insane. I know it is the holidays and staff shortage is very real in California. But sometimes waiting 20 minutes in line is just a little crazy. The overall Target is pretty organized but the clothes sizing is limited. Usually, if I want a cardigan or a sweater in that print, I can't buy it because of the sizes they have left.

I second all other Yelpers who rated this particular Target 3 stars....way before the Pandemic, lines would form ridiculously long I finally gave up so switched to the West Covina branch which I found out was a Lot more efficient there nowadays as compared to this Diamond Bar location.Since the West Covina branch opened, I have not driven back to Target, Diamond Bar so prolly won't have a need to do so. Plus their parking lot got crazy as well~would always be way packed and had to park in the back of a lane. MeThinksNot.

I stopped in this Target once to pick up some moving supplies for a friend. The store is a typical Target, but not as nice as the ones I have around me in San Diego. Cashier had difficulty handling a Target eGift card at checkout..

The worst target ever. A little worst than Walmart actually. No lanes Open. The "shift" lead, short black hair know nothing about how to run her job! I asked her about a situation where I needed a item from backstock and she says it's because we have nobody to go grab it I think...I think?? HOW ABOUT YOU GO GRAB IT??!! then she directs me to a line where it's 12 guests waiting. Only one cashier open. While there is 1 blonde girl walking around doing nothing. So I finally get up to the cashier and the girl doesn't even know how to take the security tag off my item so she runs off without saying anything just to come to find out the security remover was under her cash register the whole time.....which means she was untrained. So training sucks. Customer service sucks. You guys did not have what I needed on the floor. Which means your grocery stock sucks. Did not get it from the back like I needed. Gave attitude when I asked a question. Just overall the worst target. Don't come here! Go to a different target but not the DIAMOND BAR target. 0 stars if I could give it. To top it all of. You guys have no service which is highly dangerous if something were to happen in the store nobody wouldn't be able to reach anybody because of the terrible WiFi setup. This is the 3rd time now that this Target has failed to get my products on time using the drive up option. The first time they said it was because of the rush hour from 4-7pm. The other 2x were outside the rush hours and they emailed to let me know my order was ready and it wasn't. Both times I had to wait over 30 minutes. Very poor customer service at this location. Nobody ever picks up the phone and the staff is very unfriendly.

I always shop at this target, it's my home target and the workers are amazing! I normally do Drive up and they are always fast and great. However I recently went in the store and was shopping in the clothes section and had a bad experience with a target employee. I was going to try on clothes and the worker Amelia had a terrible attitude and didn't seem she wanted to help me with a fitting room. At first she ignored me when I asked for a fitting room then looked bothered at the amount of items I wanted to try on. She ultimately made me feel very uncomfortable and I won't be back. Also, she was on her cell phone while "working".

I was not aware that we need to take a lesson how how to put the clothes correctly back on the hangers in order to shop at Target. The lady working the fitting room name Amelia was super mean to my daughters who are 7 years old and my mom scolding them that they did not put the clothes back on the hanger correctly and that they needed to do it correctly( they did put it back on the hangers but I guess not to the store standards). Afterwards she saw them again in the kids clothing section and she told my mom that she tried on too many bras earlier and if she was going to buy any. And kept hovering around them. When one of my daughter saw a skirt and wanted to bring it to show me she told her to put it back on the rack. She finally walked away when I walked back to join my mom and daughters. I used to love going to this Target but recently I find myself rather drive further to other locations than shop here which is down the street. Diamond bar Target management please train some of your staff to be a little nicer!

I understand that times are hard, but this store is horrible. I needed to buy razors and the store locks them up, so you need an associate to open it. I hit the button next to the display and waited 5 minutes. I then when to look for someone. The first person I found told me, just hit the button. I explained that I did and no one arrived. The associate, by the name of Michael, told me to go hit the button again. Again, I went back and hit the button. After another five minutes, Michael came and told me he would go look for someone. After 20 minutes, an associate came and opened the display. When it came time to make the purchase, they had one booth open and a huge line. When I asked to speak with the store manager, an associate said, "the store manager hasn't arrived yet. This was on a Saturday at 9:30 a.m. This store lost my business.

i bought a FIFTY DOLLAR itunes gift card I left after leaving and tryed to redeem it in the parking lot and it was USED what the HELL you assholes i couldn't even read the numbers on there so i stormed back in that dump and ask if I could return it and it was not my fault I bought it 15 minutes earlier how the hell was I supposed to know the one gift card I choose sss tampered with anyways after speaking to the employees the bitch told me there was nothing they could do about it and they couldn't give me a new card or a refund i got pissed and started giving them an attitude they screamed at me and told me to contact apple because there was NOTHING absolutely NOTHING they could do about it i ran out of the store screaming my ass off and contacted apple and guess what they said there was nothing they can do about it WHAT THE HELL do that day I got scammed out of fifty dollars never come to this location i will never coming to this location again you guys are pieces of shit!!!!!!!!!

We went to Target tonight about 9:15pm. We only bought a twin box of toothpaste so we wanted to use the self-checkout. We went to the left side, first station but the machine did not let us scan our item. Then we found out it's because someone did not pay for the previous purchase. We reported it to the Target staff stood in front of that checkout machine right away that someone left without paying it, but she asked us if those unpaid items were ours. Well, on the screen showed several items of Yu/-Gio cards and the total amout was $26. But my son was holding one toothpaste box and I had nothing on my hands. I was very mad at her no brain question. Why we reported it to her that machine had an unpaid charge if we were the customers who took those items? We used another self-checkout to pay for our toothpaste. Before we left, I talked to the security lady standing in front of the exit door what just happened. I was very surprised to see the first Target employee still stood there and looked like nothing ever happened. Earlier this year I went to the same Target in Diamond Bar about the same time. I saw someone used the self-checkout but did not pay and left. She had lots of food and drinks in her shopping cart. I believe Target staff at the self-checkout area also saw it, but no one even took an action to stop her walking away. I was not sure why Target hired those people who did not do their jobs. They stood there and did not care if someone stole something from the store without paying it. Target should close self-checkouts and put those lazy employees to work at the cashiers.

I placed a order on 2/27 for planters. Target created a label for this shipment on 3/3. I was notified that UPS would deliver on 3/9. Never arrived, than I received a 2nd delivery notice from Target. I was now suppose to receive on 3/13. When my delivery did not show up a 2nd time, I called customer service ( which is in Indonesia) on 3/14. Fred Ruiz said, give it one more day and if the delivery does not arrive call us back for a re- order? On 3/15, I again call customer service to be told that my order is now out of stock and cannot be re-ordered. The Indonesian guy then automatically issues a refund without explaining why I never received it when it was in stock?? I asked to talk to customer service in the US, only to be told. " I am really sorry, but it is now out of stock?" Pathetic customer service, for Target to make customers keep calling back and jump thru hoops for their own orders???? I am done with Target!

8:50 pm cashier #2 Sundays March 13th, I purchased 1 old spice deodorant item, get 2nd one 50% off. The cashier man ( not a gentleman) on his high 40s. Said to us when I asked him about the special. It did come up when the transaction was done. Go to the front desk ( customer service desk) if you have any questions. Once we got to the front desk this young lady said to us that it wasn't their fault, the system did not register the specific that would automatically give the $5 discount. She was also not apologetic or care of the inconvenience. We also purchased 4 avocados and there was not bags to put them into at the vegetable section. We had to carry them on our hands to make they did not get smashed. We will not be coming back to this Target ever again.

I ordered a cafe misto from the manager and got a cafe mocha. Becka took care of it with no fuss. She makes a difference.
