A Female Worker about 2 weeks ago she's light skin chunky has Horrible Customer Service . As I went in to ask a question she was cussing at me Rudely Responded and did not Apologize for her lack of Customer service . I'm sorry I can not provide her name as she had no name tag on as I asked her what her name was and told me not to worry about it . So her co worker Jeremy was Apologizing to me for her Bad Customer service.

The car wash doesn't work that well but at least the water to clean the car windshield is changed frequently,

This place is always packed, since it has the cheapest gas in the area and is located off a major highway. Still their price is so competitive, they cannot be beat, unless you going to brave going to Costco's insane lines, it is the best place to go. Highly recommended just for the price alone.

Be careful with the tall man at the register. He will charge you double if you are fueling up at this gas station. He charged me $40.00 when I asked him for $20.00 I told him that's not what I asked for then he lied and said the credit will go towards the rewards card which is not true. He charged me that amount when he saw I was using a card to pay. If you need to use this gas station always pay at the pump if this dude is at the register.

The old clerk that works behind the counter has an attitude when questioned about the cash discount. He said read the sign. If you put a light there maybe we can all see it in the dark. Talk about being grumpy gramps. I think it's time to a get a little some some before going to work. Their price sign with cash is misleading because you need pay for a carwash in order to receive the lowest deal.

The gas might be cheaper here, but the owners do not offer refunds for recently expired car washes, citing an arbitrary policy. It's their choice of course, same as my choice not to bring my business back.

Went for a car wash due to Covid19. Overall not bad, takes credit card just before you going in for wash. $7.99 for an express wash. Drying is tricky, there's a time counter but it stops before it's fully counted, recommend you bring your own drying towel. This is one of the better gas station car washes. Would recommend.

This is an open letter to ALL 7 11 employees both in management, and actual stores with gas stations. If you work for a company who will knowingly, and willingly, beat the snot out of a handicapped senior who is on a fixed income, or just a low income, or poor individual, you are an integral part of the deadly machine. Let me explain. People on fixed, or low, incomes, especially seniors, are already leading a challenging, and anxious, existence. We need comfort, consideration, and understanding - not big fat bloody noses by big business. I got gas last evening at 7 11 at about 1 am and used my debit card for about 26.00 of gas. I could not afford any more with a small balance left in my account to last me several days for food and essentials. I was already concerned about my low funds, but when I checked my balance this morning it showed 0 ( zero) balance because 7 11 zinged the debit account for 125.00!!!!!!!!!!!! More than I even had!!!! I called 7 11 hysterical because as a senior that is my food and medicine money. It is ALL that I had!!! I was told this is a common practice and will take 1 to 2 days to clear!!!!??! As a handicapped senior this is just unspeakably wrong. An hour or 2 to clear ok, but 1 day or 2? NEVER EVER!!!! I know seniors with low balances in their accounts that need their heart meds or blood pressure meds TODAY, not tomorrow, or they can actually die. They don't have the luxury of a very inferior system that not only borrows people's money for days, but causes harm. (Are you using this money for day trading? Nothing else makes sense!) Since I use this card at ARCO, I have NEVER had this happen and I believe their system is probably 2019 computer sophisticated which should be a no brainier for any large company. 7 11, and this means you, your system is immature, unsophisticated, unprofessional and downright pitiful, hurtful, and deadly. This is a very simple technical situation that could be corrected before the sun sets tomorrow and if it isn't, you and your employees are all responsible and a bunch of killers. You are destroying people physically, spiritually, emotionally, and financially. Today i have not 1 penny to spend because of you and your tactics. Not 1 penny!!!! Why was I not informed at the pump that this would, or even could, occur?? Lucky me, I do not need heart meds today, or blood pressure, diabetes, organ transplant, or depression meds, or I could die!!! I am asking 7 11 employees to understand there are not thousands, but rather millions of people out there in my same low income position. MILLIONS! Repeat - you took 125.00 for 25.00 of gas!!! And I do not actually KNOW when I get my money back!! What is wrong with you? You can do this crap to most people, but you DO NOT do it to sick, poor, elderly, or handicapped people!!! Lastly, I was, and am, hysterical. I called the store where I got the gas and spoke to someone named Nathan Burke. This person was so mature, calming, intelligent, and engageing. He spoke to me as a person in trouble, was very concerned, and his demeanor left me speechless. I do not believe he is a manager, but I assure you, he should be. He was utterly brilliant, and I know because of him I will get through this horror though I am physically sickened by it. My question is, how many seniors haven't, and how many will continue to suffer from this really, really, poor, and silly, technology? Please 7 11. Stop s***** punching the poor, sick, elderly, and handicapped.
