1317 S Diamond Bar Blvd, Diamond Bar“I don't know why this post office gets such bad reviews. Maybe they've had problems in the past, but the customer service staff in place now is always helpful, kind and professional. I'm usually there a few times a month for various types of mail services and I've never had a problem. Sometimes they get really busy depending on the time day or holiday season, but I either use the kiosk during those times or just try again a different day.”
“Besides being open on a Saturday for passport application processing, which was a great option, the staff is very knowledgeable about all the verification stuff, polite and attentive. The passport was for my 16-year-old daughter and Delia made sure we had all the stuff required to complete the application. I suggest you ask for Delia because she's on it! Although we live in Pasadena, it was definitely worth the drive. Keep up the good work!”

Fast and speedy service. The lady was nice and patient enough explaining everything to me while managing and service the rest of the customer. I had a great experience.”

1679 E Orangethorpe Ave, Atwood“I had a great experience at this post office near my work place. I thought there would be a long line being April 15th today. But not at all. The woman who helped me wore a pair of glasses was super nice and pleasant, and very efficient, without an attitude at all. It's very easy to communicate with her. I will come back again for more postal service needs.”

“I don't know if he or his boss is going to see this but I just had the best experience thanks to Deante. He was welcoming, super helpful, and didn't rush anything. Greeted people like regulars at a coffee shop and smoothly and politely got out package shipped. Would've tipped him if I could've. Deante, if you're out there, way to go restoring out faith in humanity.”
“I am responding to the several selfish, unthoughtful negative reviews posted recently. I have come to this post office for more than 20 years, beginning from the time I was a student at the nearby colleges. I have noticed how USPS head office have steadily reduced the staff, services, and capabilities here while the number of customers has remained the same or grown. Head Office has set up this post office and hundreds more like it to fail. Your unthoughtful complaints are not helping. Meanwhile, staff here struggle valiantly on. I thank them for doing their best in spite of conditions beyond their control. May I recommend before you slam the staff here that you consider writing first to USPS Washington DC and your representatives. Thank you.”
“Ive been in and been visiting this post office for 15 years strong. Never have I experienced any issues with US MAIL, nor anything needed, when shipping packages to Friends and Family members. The postal team in here also are very helpful and benevolent to customers needs, a very pleasant place, that I love visiting. Thank you guys, keep up the friendly attitude and all the smiles added to your service. Thank you.”
“Joleen here has the best customer service, she is really very helpful and has a lot of patience, She does multitasking and always has a smile on her face.Thank you for your service.”
“6/11/2024 - I went to 1350 E Chapman to renew my passport, and did not have an appointment. I was fortunate to meet Richard Trung and Long Ho who helped me complete my application and mail off my passport renewal. Both were professionals, courteous and very helpful. All was complete in 10 minutes.
Thank you Richard and Long.”
“Wonderful service from Javier, who helped me with a large number of packages. I've had multiple great experiences with Charles as well. I tried to leave an internal review, but the QR code on my receipt isn't working. I'd leave a great review there as well.”

Nancy helped us that morning and she was very kind and helpful with our forms and our photos. She made our experience a breeze.Thank you Nancy. We need more people like you ❤️?.”
“Very Helpful at this post office. Everyone there has been nice and respectful and they get the job done in a timely fashion. Thankful this post office is close in town and love the old fashioned structure as well :).”

1418 S Azusa Ave Ste D1, West Covina“The staff at most post offices near the city are always angry and unfriendly, but here is different.
Especially Miss Lupe and Mr Lopez are always kind and smiley.
They are professionals.
Even when they're really busy, they always do things like professionals.
They are much more than -good-.”
“This location has plenty of parking, so easy to in and out. Also the staff that helped me was so nice, she answering my question nicely. I was in and out aboit 5 mints. Ive been others US post office other locations, idk why most of the staff was so mean and rude. But not here..Her name is violet. Thank you Violet.”
“I want to say that the Placentia post office was more than awesome, they went above and beyond. Especially Justin. I had a package that was delivered past the deadline, so I wasn't going to be able to get it until the next day, and I was leaving early the next morning. I needed the package for my trip. I spoke to a couple of guys, one being Justin. He gave me his phone # and I gave him mine. I called him two hours after the PO closed. He answered and said they hadn't located it, and asked me to give him some time. Two hours later, he called E to let me know he had located my package, and I could go and get it. I was so impressed. Not a lot of people go above and beyond like that. Placentia post office on Kraemer saved the day. I am so appreciative. not a lot of people would go out of their way like that.”
“Kayla is the best mail carrier in Montclair! Her mail delivery schedule is always the same, she is kind and efficient. I hope she is around for a very long time. Montclair is blessed to have her working in the city. Ester Vargas Pipersky”
“I see a lot of 1 star ratings for this location. I’d like to chime in with a 5 star for their post office especially. I am an online seller, and I have shipped over 30 packages with this location. Every single one has been delivered on time to the correct address. This location is also more feasible for me as I live near the mountain, and this is the closest option. I package and print/tape my mailing slips ahead of time, and I don’t mind if I’m out of ink, as each mailing slip printed at their location is one dollar, which is more affordable at times then a $30 ink cartridge. I have also had nothing but great service.”
“It's a very small post office, right off Irwindale Ave and Arrow Hwy, on a side street directly across from a city park and the Irwindale Police Station. The parking lot has 4 spots, one is disabled only, however, there is parking permitted at it's curb on the street, which is why 4 stars. If you arrive at 2:00pm during weekdays, you'll have to come back at 2:30pm to allow the employees their lunch break. There's also the drive-up out-going stamped mailbox with the Priority Mailbox and Express in the parking area. It isn't as big as the Covina Post Office on Rimsdale or the West Covina P.O. nearby the West Covina Fashion Plaza which may discourage some but I find a bonus for no waiting, generally. It has a handicapped entrance and ramp next to disabled spot. And I've yet to see any of the postal employees being rude or unhelpful to any of the customers and there definitely is no woman by the door asking if you need stamps (really? it's so small, she'd get in the way if she existed) as one review claimed. I just like it because it's quick and easy if I need to go inside.”
“I love the counter staff, but they are severely understaffed. The lines are almost always long, and the staff has so much to deal with.
It's an older facility that simply can't handle the amount of traffic it gets, no matter how good the staff is.”
“It’s a nice huge postal location with plenty of parking. The staff was well trained, helpful and welcoming. The service was excellent and I was in and out in 5 minutes as the location is fully staffed.”
“As someone who used to work at usps in nyc as a carrier, this station is a great station and whoever thinks otherwise plz visit a po in the Bronx, nycYou’ll be wishing you were at this location”

202 E Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton“Been coming here for 17 years. These reviews if anything are exaggerated. Staff is very helpful, and courteous. I’ve witnessed people get upset because of the wait. You only wait as long as necessary because people are given their undivided attention the way it should be.”
“Surprisingly efficient! I came here to have my fingerprints taken. It was lunchtime and holiday season so the office was quite busy. The postal workers were efficient, kind, and helpful. One worker (Asian man) was making sure everyone in line was taken care of and had their questions answered. I can tell they were doing their best to serve everyone :)”

396 S California Ave, West Covina“Would like to thank the boss that call me for being understanding and the guy that delivered the letter deserves a raise. I completely understand his side think back and I really appreciate the professionalism.”
“While most usps places are mediocre. These guys were able to locate a package we dropped off without a label and get it back to us so we could throw a label on it. Thanks so much for being helpful. Thought we were screwed!”
“First time there to send next day package to the City of Prosper, TX.
Was advised that because the town is very small (so, 18 mi from Dallas!!!) they cannot deliver it the next day, but two days later! Charged "next day" price nevertheless. A 5-star fo staff being very helpful and cheerfully.”
