After a career and location change in the midst of a pandemic, Rachelle and Chrystal worked diligently to find me a health care provider that suited both my health and financial needs. They went out of their way to ensure I had coverage in months no longer covered by my previous employer, and therefore wouldn’t be taxed the following fiscal year. They were consistently patient, genuine and easily reached via phone and email. Rachelle and Chrystal’s candor and kindness made me feel as if I were a close friend or relative. Rarely do I ever feel an inclination to leave reviews, but was so grateful with the treatment I received.

I was in so much pain when I called Rachelle and had no dental insurance. I never thought I’d need it until I did. She walked me through the whole process. Stayed with me until I got coverage and made sure I was taken care of. She was knowledgeable, accommodating and never made me feel like I was a bother even if I kept calling her with questions I still had. She took care of everything. 5 stars isn’t enough! I wish I could give more. Thank you so much for your help.
