Being first time parents we were very anxious and apprehensive about leaving our baby daughter in just any daycare, but after a long search, we found la petite academy. We are grateful we found them. Just to help make you feel more at easy, there are a couple of things about this place that makes it stand out from the other daycares. First of all, they have cameras where you can observe and monitor your baby. Second, you can walk in at anytime to pick-up your baby. Lastly and most importantly, they have very compassionate staff members. They're all great, the Director Mrs. Gupta is very nice and flexible as long as you communicate with her she is very understanding. Moreover, my baby's teacher Mrs. Fatima is just awesome. She really takes such a excellent care of all kids, with so much patience and compassion for all. My family and I recommend La Petite Academy.

This is by far the best childcare facility my child has attended. Between the highly knowledgeable and compassionate staff and the amazing cleanliness, I’m so impressed and grateful. I struggled for the almost a year with constant illness until switching to La Petit and it’s been months….not a single sick day! My son’s vocabulary and manners within the first week, blew my mind. Within a WEEK, my son was potty trained. When I say, this center is a Godsend, I mean it.I’m a former childcare provider so I can be pretty critical and picky. When I say I have zero complaints…none! Sadly they aren’t open on the weekends haha!

If I can leave a 0 stars I would. It only took four weeks for us to realize this was not the school for my child. He was in the twos classroom with Miss Fatima, which you can tell that she's only there to collect her check. She has no interest in the kids well-being did not make my child feel comfortable or welcomed I told her this is my son's first time in daycare. Please be patient with him. Maybe hug him and tell him it's going to be fine. She said no they're not allowed to hug the kids, but in the camera I can see her hugging other kids. My son did not want to eat the first week he was there and she would give him the milk to drink and when he would put it down on the table she would come back and give it to him again so I told her it's fine don't force him because he's going to be more uncomfortable. I continued to take him thinking maybe it will get better and it didn't. It got better for about a week. My son started walking in fine. He made friends, however I decided to start potty training him and just on Monday 8/28 My son had an accident at school and miss Fatima seemed very upset, she asked me "he does not go to the bathroom at home"? I said, he didn't have to go when we were home. He's still having a hard time using the restroom on his own and she showed no interest in helping him. She told me that she's not allowed to touch him. I said he needs help bringing his pants down. He doesn't know how yet he's just learning. She said that is the first thing you should've done "teach him how to bring his pants down on his own"I asked for her patience with him. Today at 9:31 she reported on the app SproutAbout that my son went pee in the toilet so I open the camera and I see the kids but I don't see my son he was still in the bathroom. She let the other kids go play outside stayed in the classroom with four kids changed all their diapers And 10 minutes later goes and checks on my son in the restroom. She left him in there on his own for 10 minutes and that's when I knew that was enough. I'm not taking my son back. I'm so upset, this is NOT acceptable. But with all my complaints all I got from the director Ms.Kamal is that Ms Fatima wouldn't dare to be mean or do anything to kids, she said all parents love her, and I said that's great I wouldn't want other kids to experience what my child did. Also, last week on Thursday my husband walked in early to pick up our son and he heard Ms Fatima yelling at the kids "Stop" Ms Kamal told me it wasn't to my son and I said I don't care she shouldn't be yelling at anyones child.

We initially enrolled our daughter on a part-time basis and later transitioned her to two full days in order to help her adapt to the school environment. However, during our conversation prior to this change, Kamal did inquire if picking up our daughter at 4:45 pm was possible, to which I explained that it would not work for us. Kamal assured us that alternative arrangements could be made. Had we known during our initial walkthrough that the daycare's available hours were until 4:45 pm only due to a shortage of teachers, we would not have enrolled our daughter. It feels disappointing that there was a lack of communication regarding the limited hours, and it seems as though there was a rush to enroll us without delivering on the promised services. This experience has been quite frustrating as we now have to start the search for a new daycare all over again.

Called to inquire about opening for enrollment and the lady who answered told me that they have few slots available. As soon as I mentioned that the child has special needs, I was put on hold and told outright afterwards that those slots have magically disappeared. How convenient, right? For a popular daycare chain, I would assume they are very inclusive. It is a shame that they are handled by people who are ignorant and judgemental.

My two-year-old could not be happier. This is her 1st time attending any sort of day care or any time away from the family and she loves "school". I love the updates that the app provides. The teachers let me know how she does and when they do activities and they provide pictures. I love that the director miss Gupta let me postpone her start date because I was unsure when work would actually start up again. She was so kind and reassuring for my 1st time with my daughter out of our home. There are cameras so when you drop off your children you can see how happy they are when they walk into their classroom. I have done a lot of research and I am so pleased with LA petite Academy.

My children started at La Petite at 2 and 3 years old. Prior to La Petite, they went to two other childcare centers. One was homebased and one was center based. Neither of those places were as good as La Petite. The kids were starting to potty train at home, but La Petite really helped to speed up the process. At La Petite both of my children practiced throughout the day with potty training. La Petite has small, flushing toilets next to short sinks - all perfect sized for toddlers. The restroom area is kept very clean. This is much better than having plastic portable potties that teachers must rinse out. La Petite's entire facility is kept very clean. It appears there is a janitor for deep clearing. Also, the teachers are constantly sweeping up and wiping surfaces. One of my favorite parts is that La Petite provides all meals and snacks to the kids.Ms. Gill is the backbone of La Petite - she greets all the children and parents at the door each morning. She is calm but stern and my son and daughter both love her. During the day, she works with the pre-K kids. She taught both of my kids how to hold a pencil, recognize letters, and write their names. My daughter loves Ms. Gill and often talks about her at home. She tells stories about how Ms. Gill motivates her. My son just started Kindergarden and he said, "I want to put a picture in the mailbox to Ms. Gill so she doesn't forget about me."Everyday the La Petite sends me reports about what the children are doing via the Brightwheel app. I was able to see pictures of them and read about what activity they were doing. Also, La Petite has added cameras to the facility that provides parents a livestream of the classroom and playground. However, I have not found the need to use the livestream video because I trust La Petite very much. I was able to determine the quality of La Petite's childcare by how my children were acting.La Petite was a blessing to find. My kids are happy and have a positive outlook about school. The teachers at La Petite seem to really care about the kids. I have peace of mind each day that they are learning and being cared for in a clean environment.

My two kids went to La Petite and I am happy to share that my kids always looked forward to going to school everyday. Thanks to all the teachers for making their stay so memorable. I would particularly like to thank Mrs. Gill for creating a home atmosphere for my kids. She is such a caring and diligent teacher. She made sure that my kids learn enough to be successful in Kindergarten. Thank you again.

If i could give zero stars i would. I would like other families to understand that if you have a gut feeling about something, do not let it go unrecognized. My 4year old was in ms gils class hasnt even been there for longer than 2 months, was smacked on the side of the head and was told to stop crying and lay down... During nap time. There would be days when i would walk in, in the morning and see how badly she spoke to other children. I can only imagine. I pulled my son out immediately following the incident & when i addressed it to kamal the center director she quickly defended her teacher instead of saying sorry and making us feel a bit better. I will be contacting the licensing company. Check older reviews other parents have dealt with situations like this. Trust your gut!!!!! They dont even have a book in sight, they have this app that lets you know what theyre doing throughout the day, and when i asked my son he said they never did any of that. Now i know why, he always said that school was boring.

My daughter was in this school for after school program about 6 years ago. She loves the teachers here. So when I got my son born, my daughter pushed me to send my son to the baby room! My son started at 7 months year old. I was truly worried. All the teachers are CARING about the babies! Mrs Fatima is really patient and sweetheart. We can see all the little babies loves her and like to be around her. The teachers always works hard and try to teach these little ones more interesting things. My son can eat by himself and keeps every neat when he turns 18 months years old. He is so confident to see HI to everyone he meets. The manager Mrs Kamal is nice and is willing to help all the questions. Recently, the fancily got remodeled and most of the toys and equipment were replaced. My son likes all the new chairs , new books and the little sofa in the classroom. He enjoyed his time there and sometimes is willing to stay and asked me to wait in the classroom for a little bit!

My family and I love this place. We moved from the east coast, and the staff helped my son's transition happily. Ms. Danielle is an excellent teacher, with genuine kindness and dedication to the kids. The entire staff and the director are welcoming and dedicated to knowing the children, teaching, and nurturing them. I loved it here!!
