I was one stressed out mama when my maternity leave was nearing its end back in October 2021. I remember calling and I believe Gina answered. She was so kind and reassuring to me. She squeezed me in quickly for a virtual tour and I felt such a weight lifted. I was excited for my son to be apart of Kiddie Academy. Miss Simmi was my sons caregiver. She is heaven sent and a baby whisperer. My son still loves her even though he's almost 2 and has been in a new classroom since turning 12m. He gets so happy when he sees her. Miss Janet was his caregiver when he turned 12m. She was his safe space as he transitioned. I was so stressed out with him transferring rooms and transitioning to a schedule. The change I noticed was immediate. He started sleeping through the night, easily dropped his 9a nap and took well to an afternoon nap. Also, it's hard to admit how much I struggled with the fear of starting my son on solids. I relayed this info to Miss Elizabeth (office) and Miss Janet. I was reassured that they would go at his pace. Again I feel terrible that I started my son so late but Miss Janet got my baby boy on textured food and turned him into a happy little eater. I'm so grateful that they were able to make the experience pleasant for him. It really showed through when he would come home and eat. I am forever grateful for that! She always communicated what he ate and how it was served. I deeply appreciate that she started at appropriate portions for him but I learned that she has four children of her own So makes sense! My son is always excited to go to school. Occasionally he has some separation anxiety after a long holiday weekend but he cheers up quickly after I leave and is always always smiling and playing every time I pick him up. There's been quite a few times he was mad at me for picking him up because he wanted to stay and play lol. I love all of the activities and events. I love the daily picture updates and all of the art work. My 20m old says all of his colors, says excuse me, says all of his letter sounds. Theres sooo much he's learned from attending here. I wish I could keep him here all the way through but I have to move so sadly I will have to change schools sometime this year. The staff are all amazing. The main thing that drew me to the school was the very present love that exist between the staff and children. I know without a doubt that my baby boy was well loved here. I can't say enough about the staff. I also am very grateful that of the 100 times I've probably called, they've always answered every call. So many good things can be said about this school. I'm just full of gratitude for all the love they've showed my son In his first years of life. I will always have good memories and so many adorable and fun pictures to share with him as he gets older

I paid my waitlist deposit and was told that the wait shouldn't be long at all because many students are moving up. I was told I'd get a call once a spot opens up. It's been 4 months and no calls for any updates... I have a hunch they misplaced my ticket.

My son has attended this school since he was 18 months. He is now 3.5yo and has enjoyed it so much! He loves going to school and playing with his friends. You can instantly tell that all the teachers genuinely care for your child and are always willing to work with you. The school has done a great job of keeping everyone safe and healthy during the pandemic. They provide a variety of nutritious meals and even include diapers if needed! He has grown socially, emotionally, and academically at this school and we are very happy with them!

My son goes to Kiddie Academy. He started when he was 14 months. I have to say I wish I started earlier because he has changed a complete 360 since he started! He is so independent, VERY social, a huge yapper and loves his teachers! As a full time mom that works 12 hour shifts I cannot thank these angels enough for loving my baby and treating him like their own! He is SO loved and you can feel it at pick up and drop offs! This alone gives me so much relief while I’m at work. The communication is so speedy and I feel very acknowledged!! I always get a a call about anything the teachers notice which is so nice! Daily pics and notes about his day are also awesome! Definitely putting my babygirl here as soon as she’s old enough!!

I visit many pre-school, day care, nurseries throughout the year due to my line of work. Some schools are pure chaos, some schools are kind of sad due to funds, some have teachers /aids that have no patience. This is not Kiddie Academy of Diamond Bar. I've been there since they have opened and witnessed only the best. All the aids, management, even down to kitchen staff are all very sweet with the children. The owners of this location are also parents of two littles and their love of children trickle down all the way to their staff. When I visit other daycares I often hear the aids talking about certain problem children and I realize they do not have an understanding about early childhood development and behavior. Each time I'm at Kiddie Academy DB and out of ear shot from the staff, they speak with kindness to the children even when they are correcting a behavior. They practice positive role modeling and never shame the child. When I have visited (approximately 50+hours) It is never chaotic there, because the children know they are in a reliable, safe and loved environment (at least for the time they are there). This is the first place I would recommend, but they have a full wait list. I would check in to see a few years before enrollment when you should put your name on the waitlist. This review is only for the Kiddie Academy of Diamond Bar, I think each is a franchise and reflect top down management starting with the owners. For sure I can attest Kiddie Academy DB has a kids first mentality , not just making money.

I wish we could give them more than 5 stars. We were so nervous about sending my daughter to daycare at 18 months. Tina and all the staff at Kiddie Academy have made this the easiest and best decision my husband and I ever made. My daughter was nervous in the start but the staff worked amazingly with her for those first couple days to make her feel comfortable. They keep us updated with pictures through the day which is so reassuring about what she is doing. Now she asks for her teachers and friends at daycare all the time. She has learned so much, and we could not have picked a better place for our little girl to start daycare! We highly recommend Kiddie Academy!

Kiddie academy and their whole team has been godsend for us and our family. My second child now goes to the school and my older one attended since they opened up and it's like been an extended family. My son loves to come here and totally just has a smile seeing miss Gina, miss Tina and the whole team! Thank you all for being amazing! You won't regret having your kid here and I can't imagine sending my kids anywhere else!

I can't believe my youngest child is graduating from Kiddie! So this is the time to write a review and thank them for the wonderful care they have given my children over the years! Thank you Ms. Gina and Ms.Tina for always supporting us and leading such an awesome team! Our child has learned so much and cherishes all the friendships she has made this year. Ms. Marie was amazing and always welcomes my child with hugs! All the protocols they have in place really made me so confident about sending my children there! Thank you so much everyone!

I was referred to this school by several of my trusted friends, and I was so happy we got in. Being on the waitlist was worth in. The teachers and all staffs were nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I absolutely loved our time there. I sadly had to leave because we moved to a different county, and I didn’t know how good we had it at Kiddie Academy until we left. I loved all the picture/video updates. Meals were provided. Tuition price was great! I miss everyone. My kid misses their daily dance parties, lol.

We paid for waiting list fee( they said need to be cash only) since March 2021 and till today there's no opening space. It's a ridiculous long wait. Staff is very unresponsive. Maybe it's a popular preschool but I wouldn't like to send my kid there. The kid needs more love and care not so-called popularity.

I can say I know my child is 100% safe at this location. Any time I call they answer. If I want to talk to my daughters class they transfer me right to the teacher. They monitor every room at all times so they know what is going on in each classroom. They are well trained in safety protocols from the infant room to the graduating classes. If your child has special needs they will do everything they can to make sure you and your child are well cared for. The owners of this school are what you want to see in childcare. They are there for the love of teaching and guiding our kids to a great future. I found this facility kind of by accident. I needed to work in the area and walked in to see if they had openings. They were able to sign my daughter up decently quickly. Great timing. When she was in the very young class they taught her some sign language to help her and myself communicate with each other more efficiently. Diapers and wipes are included in the tuition which is extremely helpful when it comes to drop off. They almost 100% potty trained my child. We worked on it at home as well but they plated the seed for my daughter to confidently go potty by herself. They provide breakfast lunch and snacks throughout the day. Also helpful for drop off. If you have a baby they of course have you bring in formula or whatever your child is eating at that age. The food they bring in is cooked for the most part in house if it’s not it’s a packaged snack. A large amount of the food is from farm fresh locations is the area so you know your child is getting the best ingredients possible. If your child has any allergies to food the school is on top of it. Children coming out of this school are well prepared for the next steps and some are even excelling past where they should be. The school is very well informed and educated when it comes to the pandemic. They ensure your safety, your child’s, and their teachers with guidelines that create a welcoming and safe environment for the kids. If you are considering a Kiddie Academy and you are in this area I would very much recommend this location!!

Looking at pre-K's and preparing for kindergarten was a brand new experience for me. Back in 2019 when my son was four years old and was getting ready for pre-K, I found Kiddie Academy and went for a tour. From the moment that I met Miss Tina, she was nothing but helpful, caring, patient and took her time explaining things to this first time mom who had no idea what she was doing. Then Covid hit and I'm so glad that my son was able to join in on the zoom classes because when schools opened up for kindergarten, he was familiar with the teachers and the school itself, because we had gone there a few times to pick up certain projects during Covid. I absolutely love the cultural diversity, because it exposes my son to a world of different cultures, languages, music and so many other things. My favorite part and the one that makes me feel the most comfortable is that I get pictures and videos throughout the day of the activities that my son is involved in every single day! I wish that this Kiddie Academy would go up to high school because my son absolutely loves his teachers, his classmates and especially Miss Tina who gives the best and warmest hugs to my child and every child that she meets with every single day. My family and I are extremely thankful and grateful to all of you that have made this experience phenomenal for my son. Thank you!!!
