Janet is extremely rude, racist, and disrespectful. I came in to help my grandmother sign a claims package that was sent to her to this office. First she acted scared that we walked in. And later she asks me, are you sure you're not here to see the dentist? Like clearly I know I'm at State Farm not at my dentist. Janet claimed that she sent it back because the address from my grand mother is from San Diego. And she does not serve clients from 2 hours away from her office. Do not recommend doing business with this lady.

We love the environment ! The agent is very helpful and friendly. We get some State Farm Loan from Janet ! Very good service and staff. We been with them for over 10 years !

Be wary of this agent. I was being overcharged with insurance by almost 50% and when I asked to cancel my insurance in order to switch out, she then offered to reduce my insurance by that 50%- she did not give me the best deal and policy for me up front and only offered it when I asked to cancel. This is especially enraging since I had actually called in to ask if there was a lower option for insurance earlier in the year and I was told that I was receiving the lowest rate. I only realized my gross overcharging when I checked competitor pricings after I was notified that my insurance was to increase EVEN MORE with Statefarm from a traffic infraction. I switched over to Travelers and now I pay an EVEN LOWER rate than what I paid with Janet when I actually had a clean record. In addition, she was also very unprofessional when I was asking about the cancellation process/policy. Would not recommend.

I have been with Janet for a few years maybe 5 years.. some incident occurred recently made me upset and wanted to change agent when I called to report/file a claim she (Janet) was very unprofessional. I had let my boyfriend borrow my vehicle knowing the fact it was covered under my insurance she told me I lied to her and should of put him under my policy I was outraged. we do not live together so why do I need to put him in my policy?!? it didn't make any sense. because her worker (tina) didn't complete the process. but on the other hand (Yvonne) is very friendly helped me out with everything I needed

Over the last 10 years Janet and her team have helped my family and I with all of our insurance needs from home and auto to motorcycle and etc. She has handled all of our quotes and insurance policies with professionalism and patience, never rushed or rude. She always takes the time to go over each of our policies to make sure we get every discount available and also to make sure we understand exactly what our coverages are. We really appreciate all her help!

Low Leveled, Toxic Services, and Anti-Customers! Janet Hsu Simmons solicited me for insurance. I resent responding her solicitation by calling (909) 595-8877. Tina came to the phone very rude, abusive, hostile and offensive before she was willing to transfer my call to Janet. When Janet came to the phone, she was full of rage to demonstrate her outrageous behavior, egoistical, yelling, bullying, and slamming her phone to disconnect my call disallowing me to ask her a question. She only interested in my money, which gave a chill to her business. I am not her piece of meat. Sadly, State Farm is full of low-leveled outrageous agents similar to her toxic conduct/services that I experienced. She will not earn my business, friend's, or family's. Strongly NOT recommend her or State Farm to anyone!

I had the same mirror experience with this office. Janet herself isn't bad at all and I was with her for 7+ years when Eva was running the place. What finally did it for me as became extremely upset with their office is when I called to report a new car purchase which should be a totally easy process to update but they (Annie and Janet, the only two who work there now) made it a nightmare with the worst customer service ever. I called in, Annie answers the phone then puts me on hold immediately and never comes back. I call back, she answers, I tell her Im not holding again, and she promises me she will call back and never does. I wait 3 days for them to call back and no one does. So I called back after 3 days, and complain and instead of making me feel I am a valuable customer, they both had the nerve to inquire what I was so upset about. Really? I used to insure my home, 2 businesses and 3 autos with them for 7+ years but I guess I wasn't big enough of a fish for them to care so I left. I would look for a different SF agent as there are many around the area who actually want your business and don't act like you are bothering them at work to make a policy change. Im still with SF as they are good insurance co but there are so many choices for agents why stay with one whos pockets are fat enough that she doesn't care how her office is run anymore.
