Rooms are fine and clean, but 20$ FOR A BREAKFAST BUFFET? 12 DOLLARS JUST FOR A PLATE?I might as well go to IHOP or a Chinese buffet at that point smh

They do not honor reward members 2pm check out.There are no microwaves in the rooms. You have to check with the desk to see if 1 of 9 is available.Breakfast is 12$ for one trip or 18$ for all you can eat. General breakfast like other hotels. Nothing special. Not worth nearly 20$

I highly recommend this place, clean, quiet and in the cut. The jacuzzi was the hottest I’ve been in and I loved it. Close to restaurants with a good diner inside and the staff is very friendly and attentive. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I personally had a a great experience here. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and staff were wonderful and accommodating.

The check-in process was smooth and took no time. The rooms were good, clean and decently stocked with amenities.Breakfast was similar to what you normally get at other Holiday Inns.

So although the room and location was fine I experienced a disheartening situation which occurred Jan 3rd at 11am .. first check out time is at 12pm here mind you and at 11am I had a maid enter my room while I was naked on bed without knocking I told her I was naked and to close my door she still has my door opened and is harassing me asking me if I was checking out mind you I had A WHOLE HOUR before checkout time and I just got out the shower and was getting ready to leave by noon. This caused me to yell at her saying “GET OUT!” So 2 mins later I get a notification on my phone from chase finding out that they were holding an additional $100 hold on my card plus the original $75 for no reason. I immediately called downstairs to the front desk and was told I was being held a smoking fee because there was a smell of weed in my room. I immediately got upset at this because I was falsely being accused of smoking marijuana in the hotel oddly enough right after I yelled at the intrusive maid. Now mind you I do smoke however I never even brought weed into their premises I do follow the rules and I do not smoke in rooms because I’m well aware of the no smoking policies plus I’m a frugal woman and I never like to spend more money than I have to so I do everything to avoid my room smelling of anything which is why I leave all cannabis related products in the car. Anyways so I stormed downstairs furious at the front desk who insisted I had smoked in the room. Completely sober me demanded that the general manager and another fellow come to the room and see there’s absolutely no smell and not any sightings of marijuana products in the room it was this moment the accusations were lowered after them not smelling any smoke in the room. I demanded that the general manager give me the name to the maid who falsely accused me of smoking. The GM Annie Hsu would not give me any information to her maids and wanted to protect her by all costs because that woman does not deserve her job and she was wrong! Also the staff were wrong for believing all accusations and charging my card without communicating with me or even confirming the accusations were true. Annie’s best explanation for this situation was yes I was accused of smoking weed because the day prior when I checked in I smelled a lil of weed (because I had a long stressful day a decided to hit a doobie in my car before checking in) also there was a smell of weed that I noticed coming from the elevator before I even got on it (I later found out I was also being accused of this too) so they all assumed it was me smoking in the hotel when come to find out it was a young (working lady possibly ???) Caucasian woman who was smoking weed on the property yet I was the one being accused. the situation was not handled properly by Annie and i feel this crew needs to be replaced by trained employees who understands all discriminatory policies and who understands that acting in this way is not tolerated by IHG. annie protects her employees who disobeys the company’s policies. Annie also just simply refunded the extra $100 hold she did not offer me anything else and begged i spoke with her on the matter and not corporate smh

Nice appearance from the outside. Unfortunately, as soon as you step off the elevator on the fourth floor, you're assaulted with the smell of something terrible. The room was only slightly better. Fixtures and furnishings were updated, however the carpet needs to be replaced badly. So many stains, it was nasty. Additionally, our smoke detector was missing.

Very enjoyable stay. First, someone from the front desk called before I arrived to inform me of construction which inhibited access from the main road and advised an alternate route. I was really appreciative of that. Room was clean and tidy. I travel to this area for business and will certainly be back!

My first time stayed at Holiday inn Diamond Bar and as it turned out we will never going back there again, after the 3rd day stayed there without any room service, I have called the front desk and they toll us that we have to schedule for room service (they did not even mention it when we checked in), so I went ahead and schedule room service for the next day, and guess what, no one had showed up. So out of our 7 days duration, we never have a room service, very bad for $159/day, I was very regretted that we have turned down Best Western and used this hotel.

The night staff William is an ultimate professional. He was kind enough to call me before I checked to advise me that there are constructions going around the area so he advised me to take a different route. He is always cordial and customer driven.

I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend. The rooms are modern and stylish, the staff are friendly and they have DOVE dispensers near the sink and in the shower. Gone are the days of boutique soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotions. From a guy who doesn’t like that sticky, oily feeling I’m glad Holiday Inn is using Dove - the stuff I use at home. The bathroom is very modern and on par with newly built homes. The bed sheets and pillows were clean and beautiful and is on the same level as any high end hotel chain. Definitely recommend this Holiday Inn.Rooms: The rooms are average sized for a hotel of this size. The room is very updated with beautifully textured bathroom tiles, Koher sink and fixtures, textured sheets and fluffy pillows.Safety: Diamond Bar is a very safe area. The fact that this hotel is situated around high tech companies and offices means virtually no pedestrian or foot traffic.

Very disappointed with the service my husband received at this hotel. They are not about keeping their guests happy. Breakfast was advertised as complementary and they lied and said they told my husband beforehand that it was not. My husband will not be coming again and will make sure to tell every driver that stayed there to come as well.
