Jazmyn and team are awesome and so helpful! They helped me out with retrieving my climbing gear that was donated on accident. I'm very grateful for what they do!

So I was really digging this Goodwill for how inexpensive their electronics were (DVD players, VCRs, coffee machines, etc.), but of the 6 items I've purchased from this location, 5 of them haven't worked upon taking them home. The one that did work was a coffee pot, but it took some finessing and maintenance for it to get up and running. Now, as many of you may know, Goodwill does NOT have a return policy. You can ONLY exchange the item for store credit. So basically, if I buy something for $30 and it DOESN'T WORK, I can only exchange it for $30 worth of other items in the store. What a way to stay in business, eh??? Anyway, after the 5th and FINAL TIME I ever shop at this Goodwill store, I got into it with the manager. I told her that they need to test their electronics if they're going to enforce their lousy "exchange policy" and she said that "as long as it turns on, it's considered working." I informed her that my grandpa gets turned on but it doesn't mean he's working. Simply put, their logic is idiotic. A VCR can "turn on" but if it doesn't accept an actual tape, then it DOESN'T WORK! (this actually happened) Needless to say, I'm literally never shopping at this Goodwill ever again. Why would I?? It's a corrupt operation set up so that you just keep giving them your money for goods that don't work.

I was surprised they accept electronic recycling. I donated a flat screen that was no longer working properly. Rene was very helpful and even carried the TV from my truck to the donation bin. I can tell Rene is a good worker and it's nice to meet people who actually care about their job. It's been a while since I've been here but management seems more organized now.

Easily the worst goodwill ive ever been to. Mens and womens clothes werent even separated, not by size or gender, or anything. On top of the fact that there was absolutely no clothes there, and if there was anything they were all WAYY overpriced, trash and loose clothes all over the ground. Do not waste ur time here

This is one of my favorite goodwill locations, but there's rude young people working there now. About a month ago a few workers were very helpful and knew how to treat people.i saw a worker tall and tatted busy and still smiling, another pretty young girl putting clothes away she seemed so happy, and a new girl I spoke to I was like wow. She was really cleaning up walls and still doing many tasks. But they are gone now, you gotta bring them back to diamond bar, your fake manager boy doesn't know what he's doing, looks like a thug and i saw him putting stuff in his pocket. Won't stop me from shopping.i get great deals there. The vibe isn't the same without that tall guy gannie, cute Sara, or new lady.tracey they are workers you should keep . My words for u.

So yesterday it was because of the amount of theft in the store and today it's because of Covid as the reason why the dressing rooms are closed ...????? Why do all the other clothing stores I go to allow you to use the dressing rooms ......... Forever 21 , marshals , Walmart, target , Ross . Areopostal , holister ,old navy ,macys , jc penny , hot topic , etc Wtf Btw I know for a fact that the other stores mentioned above have more individual loss due to theft than good will ... and I do believe that Covid is pretty much done ...(almost every breathing person is vaccinated) So .... Kat C. Why are the dressing rooms closed ? I'm sure the rest of your customers would like to know . Ya know this is not adding up at all I'm pretty sure it's due to staff laziness on putting go backs (back) Despite no dressing rooms I threw on the skirt I really liked over my leggings I already had on This is for sure that last time I choose good will for clothing Sooooo sad I had a lot of good childhood memories at goodwill

Had about 5 items to try on, the person with me had about 5 as well. We both go up to ask to try on the clothes and the sales person tells us we cannot try on clothes because why? No try ons AT ALL, So what try on the clothes in public?

I thought I had accidentally donated my TV remote control along with several toys so I called. I was fortunate enough to speak with Adrian. He was so understanding. Five star customer service. Listened and reassured me that since it was almost closing, I could check in the morning, physically. Thank God my husband came home and found it. So I called back and asked for him, reached his very nice and gentle supervisor . She reassured me, she would give him the message. Both staff members are an asset to Goodwill establishment definitely. Five stars for each of them. Thank you again for your outstanding customer service.

Called to see if they would accept a bedroom set (no mattress) and was told yes. Rented a truck and the manager refused it without even looking at it. Giane couldn't have been more rude and dismissive. Way to treat the people who want to donate. I could have easily sold but wanted to donate.Went to Salvation Army and not only did they take it but they took it to the floor immediately because that's how good the condition the set is in.Happy someone will get to use this great set.Diamond Bar good will is clueless

As a goodwill employee, at a different location I tend to shop at this diamond bar store from time to time. Although I love my store, I must admit , it's always a nice experience shopping here. It feels clean and neat from the moment you walk in, the location is great and it's easy to find items. Everyone is always nice , and simply doing there job. Before I decided to be apart of the " goodwill team"- I felt exactly as I do now about this location. Great job guys. Keep the vibe alive. Woohoo*

This goodwill is mainly clothes. It has no toys, no furniture and barely any kitchen stuff. I like to shop for kitchenware I was very disappointed. It's clean and organized and for that I gave it 2 stars.

I wanted to write a review about a very positive experience my mom had recently at Goodwill. Upon dropping off some items, she realized she had left an important personal document in the back pocket of one of her pants she had donated. Two of the staff - Mary and Gianni, were so kind and helpful in coming to the rescue and promptly assisting my mom in finding the document. We wanted to thank Goodwill, and especially give a HUGE shout-out to Mary and Gianni!

Great selection and great staff. The cashier was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The store is a great size with lots of hidden gems. I was extremely excited to find this lamp in such great condition. I will be giving it as a Christmas gift! There was also a great selection of books. Found a great book to read.

I had a lot of stuff to donate. 15-20 bags of clothes, 8 bins of VHS cassette tapes, housewares and houseware electronics, VHS player, boombox, shoes, books, etc. When I first pulled up, I started emptying our bins into the donation bins. The crew was offering to help if we needed it, but what got me is that they were happy to see us, appreciative of the donations, and thanked us for our time and effort. When I returned a second time, if you can believe it, they were even more thrilled to see us again and even more appreciative of the donations. I really appreciated that. For future donations, I'm coming here first.
