Never judge a book by its cover! From the outside, this place looks rather dingy and maybe even a little shady, but the couple who manages this operation are super kind and trustworthy. They offer a wide variety of mailing services and partner with all of the major carriers, which is convenient. I came here to mail out a package via FedEx, which was super fast and easy. I was somewhat concerned because the woman noted they don't scan packages for tracking until FedEx actually arrives to do pickup, but I took a picture of the tracking label for my own purposes and later saw the item in transit shortly after 4pm as promised. Just be aware that they don't have the immediate weighing, scanning and tracking that they would if you went to an authorized store since they are more of an independent third party. Nonetheless, I can appreciate a smaller operation and am happy to know this place exists!

First of all, I came in to mail a box to Northern Cal for Xmas, John helped me by saving me money and going with FedEx for Delivery, this was on Dec 5; well 2 weeks passed, and it still hadn't arrived; FedEx was no help, seemed like the driver never scanned it. John and Marla jumped into action, filed a claim on my behalf and low and behold the package was found and delivered this week. I really appreciated how they went out of their way to help me during the season especially. Great service!!

Marla and Jon are the best. Never realized how much money I was wasting at other mail shops until I found Cyclone. They genuinely care about their customers by providing the lowest price. Best feature - 2nd checkout register opens when busy.

Needed notary, printing, and mailing services and this spot covered each job. Service was fast and pleasant. Parking is ample. Sprouts, Ross, and the Coffee Bean are all across the street. Everything you need to get a days work, done.

Very friendly the staffs of Cylone Private Postal. What's awesome was they charged me a cheaper fee for having my documents notarized compared to the rest of the notary public. I highly recommended Cylone Private Postal for all your notarizing, xerox copies & mailing needs.

Fast service/ nice couple who run the place/ always have prepaid boxes available/ way better service than Post net down the street. Post net always has long lines/ prepaid materials are never stocked/ you’ll wait in line there for 20 mins just to find out you have to go down the street to Cyclone lol so save your time and come here first

John and Marla provide outstanding mailing services, POBoxes, along with great UHaul rental trucks. Always friendly, helpful and accommodating. PLUS - they are open 1/3 later than the cental DIa Bar pist office - so skip down to Cyclone if the traffic made you late. PS - they also provide Notary services. Thank you John and Marla.
