They make you walk all the way back of the store to see the sign at the restrooms (see pics) saying to go get someone at the front of the store to unlock the restroom. Think of all the seniors who have mobility issues and see this sign. CVS Manager- please fix this!

Came in to get a passport photo. There's only one worker behind the register, a long line, and nobody working the Photo Booth. We asked about getting the photo taken and were told that we needed to wait for the whole line to pass for assistance. When we finally get to the register, the cashier told us that we need to go stand in the Photo Booth line and proceeded to say "I didn't know you were going to get back in line." We were never informed that we needed to go to a separate area for the photos even though she clearly saw us remain standing in the line. Directions as to how we should get the photo taken and where we should go to pick it up afterwards were unclear. Overall the whole vibe of the situation wasn't positive and it felt as if the cashier did not want to be there at all.

Oh my gosh. Just had the best experience at this CVS. The store workers went beyond the call of duty and helped me every step of the way. I will definitely be back to this cvs.

The bathrooms are locked - even for customers. Are you kidding me. We will switch to Walmart Pharmacies.

Pharmacy is so slow and sluggish. Two pharmacists and a parm tech behind the counter, one pharmacist helps a gentleman off to the side after the he complain about how they messed up his rX. The other two are just filling out and bottling meds. Neither come to help me who is at the front of the counter. You would think the pharm tech would help after filing his current bottle, and when done with me, continue to fill out more meds. But nope, he keeps filling bottles. Not until 15mins later and more people form a line behind me does this pharm tech finally come to help. Mind you the one pharmacist still hasn't resolved the issue with the previous gentleman. Ever since they got this stocky build filipino pharm tech, he has been so slow, sluggish and unhelpful. Please do better.

Always a long wait at the pharmacy. Service isn't the best everyone looks upset to work there and they don't care how long they make you wait.

Super disappointed with the pharmacy today. I had my prescription sent to them from my doctor and when I arrived, I stood in line behind a gentleman waiting for his prescription. When he was called up, the pharmacist tech told me to go into the line closest to the aisle, but when I got there, someone was just walking up. Rather then let them know I was first since I was already in line, the tech allowed me to awkwardly be sidestepped while the person who came after me was helped. No biggie, I can wait.When my turn finally came, I was informed that it would take 15-20 min and advised to step to another window to confirm my insurance. Again, no problem. A pharmacist helped me get started on checking my insurance, but midway through, scurried away to do who knows what. Another pharm tech stepped in and finished it off.When 30 min pass, the pharm tech notices me still waiting and checks on my prescription only to tell me the insurance wasn't marked, so I had to wait an additional 10 min for them to fix it, and find the right medication that works under my insurance. Again, no biggie. I finally get my prescription after 50 min of waiting only to see that they're missing one of my medications. I go back to the original pharm tech, and he said it wasn't listed and to go back into another line to have them check for it. Another line and another 10 minutes later, another pharm tech got pulls up my prescription and says she doesn't see it on the list my doctor sent and informs me to call my doctor. She prints out the list and, low and behold, I see the medication she said wasn't on my list. I point it out to her, and she tells me she's "sorry she missed it" and to wait an additional 15-20 min.At this point, at least 6 other customers have come and gone. I'm in the middle of my work day and left for a quick "15-20 min wait" that ended up being almost 1.5 hours long.I had to push back 2 of my calls, and at the end of the day, couldn't afford to wait an additional 20 min for them to find my prescription. I just left and now will have to come back to have them pull me around and tell me to wait despite their multiple fuck up.Don't let the "fake" 5 star reviews fool you. It's probably employees leaving those.There's a reason there's an overwhelming amount of 1 star reviews at this place.

I just want to start off by saying that I'm very Thankful for the lady that helped me out. Yaya is what her nave yeah said and she was so helpful and kind. Talk about excellent customer service . Thank you for your hard work!!!!

Telephone call Ivy pharmacist who assisted & answered my questions. So helpful & informed my exact time to pick up medication. Angela assisted me to get medication. Shout out to Yaya other pharmacist assistant & Mary-who's the other pharmacist always so busy in the back. We appreciate you too! When arrived and wanted to use my coupons before expiration. Molly at the register was stuck called her supervisor Christopher he came to the rescue. His alway so helpful friendly & always assisting customers any questions or trying to locate any items in the store. His a triple "S". Super Star Supervisor!) And shout out to Abel & Daniel the other Super ROCKSTAR Supervisor !) And love when you always restock so us ur customers always able to get our favorite goodies. Thank Again from your happy customer:)

Goodbye CVS Diamond Bar! The only positive thing about this pharmacy is Jeff. After visiting this location for over half my life, he's the ONLY one that knows me by name AND doesn't miss a beat when I come in! "Say hi to mom & dad for me," he says because he knows them too. That is cust svc at it's finest. I dropped in to let them know they gave me the wrong medication but because it was filled a month ago they would not exchange it for the correct one. She wasn't at all apologetic & was quite rude and dismissive about it. Even though it was their error to begin with!! The first time they made this mistake I asked that they remove that brand of med from my profile & they exchanged it! But apparently they did not note my account. After the pharmacist refilled my prescription she handed it off to the cashier and she purposely ignored me & helped every other customer but me. When the pharmacist returned, she saw that I was still waiting to pay & she asked, "Cash or card?" She took care of the transaction at which time she said sorry. Too late...you get a big fat thumbs down from a loyal customer of 20+ years. If you're looking for a new pharmacy with fantastic cust svc try the CVS in Azusa off Citrus. They are stellar at what they do & don't stare at their phones while you're trying to talk to them! It's worth mentioning I no longer live in the area. Only stayed loyal because of Jeff. To the pharmacist & cashier on duty, I hope you're proud of the way you represented the company you work for.

Awesome! I made a Covid booster appointment for 6:30. I got here at 6:20. Checked in per text. The. Saw the pharmacist at drop off. 6:31 shot done and now waiting 15 min. Go to cvs for your shot. Well ran!! Great system.

I have been a customer 10 years and will Never go back to the pharmacy they treat people like drug addicts. I had the base of my tongue removed which HAS BEEN PAINFUL. MY DOCTOR FROM USC KECK HOSPITAL CALLED IN A PAIN KILLER AND THE PHARMACIST REFUSED TO FILL IT!!!!! My husband had to drive me to USC PHARMACY which is 1 hour away while I'm crying in pain for help. 2 hours of uncontrollable pain because a pharmacist won't fill the doctors orders. I'm 60 never have used drugs, never drink or smoke. Have no history of substance abuse. To be treated so poorly they have gone downhill for a long time. The workers barely speak English, the lines are long, and slow. The pharmacy needs big improvement When a customer or children are in serious pain after a major surgery no pharmacist should be able to over rule a Doctors medication this doctor has a medical degree and knows the patient CVS take's upon themselves to decide what's best for my health!!!! CVS is busy being the Covid police and the mask police to people. I feel like I was discriminated against because of my last name.and treated differently. Out of control pain caused by CVS was the worst pain feeling I have ever. They caused me intense pain for several hours. I won't be using CVS anymore and I hope you won't either No one should take a chance the pharmacist won't fill the prescription the pharmacist has no right. I could understand if my history showed abuse But it does not.... I am looking at taking legal action against the pharmacist who denied my medication. It's pretty bad when your doctor tells you leave CVS This is the worst pharmacy you can use....,

Pharmacy did not answer call - then we arrive to find out that the nurse giving the vaccine did not show up for her shift today. We drove 45 minutes to be here. Please avoid this CVS for vaccines if you can!

Bad experience! Always takes forever to get what we need. Most of the pharmacies Have bad attitude except for one lady with cute smile.
