Absolutely horrible. No one ever answered the call. Have been trying to contact them 2 days straight, could not get in touch with anyone in this branch.

ATM MAchine ON LEFT SIDE NOT RECORDING DEPOSITS 100%
Facts : Diamond Bar branch on the corner of Grand and Diamond Bar - I made a cash deposit of $800.00 on May 4 at about 5:55am the atm on the left side in the entrance lobby. After taking my cash deposit the machine timed out on me after showing my the bills I deposited.and reseted itself but didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t complete my $800.00 deposit. I called their resolution team immediately and was told i need to wait 10 -90 days for them to complete an investigation. This branch atm is experimenting with live customers. I have notice it is slow and the user interface is worst than before. What happened to improving it not making it worst. I have since gone to another Citibank to make deposits and noticed they have the original UI, so not all Citibanks are upgrading to the new unstable UI. I was told to ask for a provisional temporary fund until they conclude their investigation. Their Response : 10 - 90 So i asked them ( customer support) what happens if that money was for rent or credit card bills or utilities bills ? Who pays the late fee . They said you will have to work that out yourself. Their machine is faulty , they caused the inconvenience and its my fault for making the deposit ? Brand manager just smiled at me saying call the customer support on the back of the card , i can’t help you. I have been banking here for over 15 years both personal and business. Its not the first time nor the second time i have experienced this behavior from this branch. Maybe its the culture there. If you treat your customers rude they don’t have to work as hard as long as you have other customers that are making larger deposits. I know it makes no sense. I do my best to not go inside and make my deposits at the atm instead . If only this bank was not on my way to work ( so convenient) . Perhaps its time to try the other 3 banks in the same plaza. Its been over a week and still no provisional funding on the account. Why can’t they just count the money that day ?

No one answer the phones and online appointments are down. Overall citibank really sucks. It is not focused on customer service but trying to do what's best for employees to get commission

Tried to exchange a $1 bill for a $1 coin so the tooth fairy could deliver something special to my 5 year old. Nope, not at this bank! If you're not a customer, they make zero exceptions to provide any assistance whatsoever. Did it ever occur to this bank that someone that is not already a customer, is a future potential customer??? Well, that ship has sailed. I would never consider banking with an organization this rigid and nonsensical.

They were clear and helpful on opening a CD, but for some reason we did make an appointment the day before only for the person the day of that was in charge to not show up at all with no explanation with some of the staff scrambling what to do with it.

I had a recurring problem with my checking account and credit card which had been bothering me for weeks. So I went to this branch and was helped by Mr. Marty Avila, Banker. He comprehensively reviewed my account and fixed my checking account problem. Then, he went out of his way to help me call Citi Credit Card to correct and resolve my concern. Much to my delight, everything was resolved. Citibank is privileged to have Mr. Marty Avila in their team. He is very competent, efficient, and delivers outstanding customer service. He should be recognized by the company and rewarded for exemplary service!

We waited 20 minutes, then someone told is no one will be available today. Nice. I was asked if could come back on Monday or Tuesday. I mean I would if I could. Why would I wait in line on a Saturday if I could do it on a week day right? Again, nice!

It's a pretty good location. I mean right off of grand literally and the intersection of Diamond bar boulevard. It's not a drive-thru Bank you have to park and walk up. And you're sharing a parking lot with Bank of America and Walmart. They do have three stalls I believe are dedicated for Citibank customers. I hope that helps anybody that's looking for this location it's very small and it is literally attached to the Walmart building. Enjoy your day yelpers!

Service is very slow and incompetent! The tellers are super slow and not skilled at all. Took forever to just do a withdrawal transaction. Also took my ID and did not return to me. Horrible!

The tellers at this bank were helpful and professional. I was looking for information to educate students on starting accounts and they provided pamphlets. There was no one at the concierge desk so I did wait for a bit before a banker helped me.
