“I want to first say I was in no way informed to write this but I’m excited to just share an overall incredible experience. Athena’s took care of me and my car so well. I’m going out of town tomorrow and I was concerned the work needed wouldn’t get done but not only they assured but got it done a day early. The people there make you feel like your part of family and I really about Yuri going about and beyond to take care of me and my rental care situation. Just overall a great place to come to for work. I would recommend everyone to come here.”
“My poor car needed help and it was going to be out of commission for 7 days- 4th of July week and 2 rental car businesses did not have what I needed. I was referred to Enterprise Walnut location and I was so happy I was guided here. Andrea was the rep who helped me out. She was super friendly and very helpful. The prices were competitive here. Overall, good experience from start to completion. I’ll come back here if I need a rental.”

The 15 passenger van I reserved was not available, which was very disappointing (not to mention the problem it caused) but the agents' service was very helpful to replace it with a minivan.
If the such vans are not available, it should be taken off the rsvp list.”

“1st-time renter and the person who assisted patiently guided and waited for me to produce the documents they required, I am following Dave Ramsey's Financial Advice (I got rid of credit cards) so I used a debit card. I am blessed to drive a new Nissan Rogue that friendly Jonathan handed and made sure to be cleaned interior and exterior, worth a few minutes' wait. Upon return, I made sure I removed all my belongings, car seat, etc., passed by Costco to fill the gas, I was immediately tended to by the same efficient staff, I was also asked if I needed a ride, to my relief I was fumbling on my Uber App, I was not getting data, a couple of seconds I was escorted into a minivan and friendly Matt drove me home safely, thank you for a wonderful experience Enterprise Rent-a-Car of Chino Hills, keep up the good work! They take good care of people courteously, I have observed these with each of the staff that has attended to their other customers while I have waited in their office.”

“What a wonderful experience! I must highlight Henry and Kelsie. I got in a bad accident before new years and had to rent a car the same day I got in an accident. I was still in shock from the accident, and was frantically trying to find an enterprise that had an economy car available. None did, except this location. It was 10 minutes to closing and Henry waited passed closing for me to arrive so that I could get the car. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and I hope many good things come his way!Kelsie helped me close my agreement out after I dropped the car off and she was unbelievably kind to me. She genuinely asked me how I was doing and checked in. She made the process great and ensured I only got charged for the days I had my car. Thank you so much Kelsie !”

“Sorry this took so long but you guys did do a great job Sean was efficient and knowledgeable of the product we rented a minivan to go up north March March 27th through April 1st it was a great experience the van was clean and new easy to drive lots of features they gave us a lot of flexibility on our return time they gave us very clear instructions on how to use everything. As well as lots of great insurance coverages that we could pick from to protect the vehicle while we had it overall irate Sean and Enterprise Rent-A-Car 10 out of 10 definitely big Frank approved”

“rented on saturday the weekend of labor day. was greeted by the girl journey. she was great and answered all the questions i had. she was very busy which is understandable for labor day weekend, did have to wait for the car to be cleaned which again i understand it was only abt 10 mins, theyre only opened 8-12pm on saturday and only have 1 person to clean the cars. check out was quick and the rental process was easy.”

“They don't carry large passenger vehicles (12 seaters) like it says on the company website but they're at least friendly about accommodating the situation.
Ended up with a 7 seater van and it was spotless inside. Quick and easy pick up and drop off.
Their system is a little dated with paper receipts but I guess that helps with the better pricing around the area.”
