It was a very uncomfortable experience. It took three and a half hours to change the tire and 4-wheel alignment. American Tire is a chain store. The work is not serious. You have to observe everything you do here. My 4-wheel alignment was not done and they told me that the car has been fixed. I kept watching them not do the 4-wheel alignment. I told the front desk and they did it for me.
