The customer service in Deli and Meat Departments are going to the toilet and it's awful. The checkout is not friendly as seems they are bothered to work. Bring back Vons and better customer service!!!

It just keeps getting worse at this store. Not enough staff, long lines, and a staff that couldn't care less (they are probably pretty fed up too). Be sure to check dates as you're very likely to buy expired products. The butcher is often missing and no one seems to know where he/she is. I haven't had a problem with the produce or the fresh deli meat. Pricing is insane! When we had other options in Diamond Bar (Ralph's, Vons), Albertsons was reasonably priced. Now that Walmart is the only other option, prices skyrocketed. We try to go over the hill to Stater Brothers when we can but it's not convenient.... and I think Albertsons knows it.

I have their mobile app to look for some good deals on chicken. Store was clean and everything was well stocked. Came here after work for some grocery shopping.

Last week, we ordered through Alberson's app for pick up. The package of green grapes was 60% old and in poor condition. We also ordered a package of strawberries, which turned out to be bad as well. Unfortunately, since we picked them up at 7:50 pm and didn't check inside immediately, we had to throw them away the next day.

Not too happy with the Diamond Bar store. Today I went in for the deli fried chicken breast, they didn't have any. Went to get Farmer John's bacon $5 special, they were out! Last week the meat department didn't have the chuck roast special or chicken breast with skin on and bone in. I'm disappointed as this is a big chain supermarket and I've shopped here for the last 20 years. Time to shop elsewhere.

"Meat department closed, not even 7pm... 2 registers open with 20+ people in each line. Yet staff is walking around doing re-merch on non perishables. Get your shit together guys, unacceptable as it isn't the first time. Feel like this store is becoming a Vons . Save your money, go support Hmart, they have tons of staff to help and far fresher produce with much better pricing.

My Review id for the Floral Department and the florist, Irma. I DO NOT KNOW anything about flowers. it was my fiancé's birthday and I wanted to surprising her with flowers at her job. Irma assisted me. She was so polite. gave me advice on some nice options. I think they turned out great ! thank Irma! I appreciate you.

Long lines, not enough cashiers. System was running very slow and cash back kept failing. Just left without what I came in for.

Came here for to pick up a grocery order & when I was being brought the cart the rude ass employee tossed it at me. Jammed my finger when I tried to stop it & even had my girlfriend witness the whole thing. Come here if you wanna deal with snobby stuck up people.

Don't order a cake from the Bakery Dept! Apparently ordering a cake ahead of a time is a problem!! I ordered an ice cream a couple weeks ago for today at 10am. I walk in to pick it up and these 2 ladies at the bakery looked at me like I was crazy! We don't do ice cream cakes here but when I showed her the order, she was in panic mode. Luckily the lady I ordered it from was there I had to wait 25 minutes for the cake! Don't EVER ORDER a cake from here! Especially ahead of time!

What an amazing experience today at Albertson's went looking for a nice steak and Julian was very helpful in helping me pick out something. Will definitely look for him on my next visit.

Trying to pickup a BDAY cake from cakes already made, girl inside pretends she can't hear clients. After 10 minutes of waiting, cashier assistant came to help. Girl declined to write on bday cake, she doesn't do that and claims she is not a baker, but working in this section. Only option was for client to write in cake. We wrote the bday on it. Why have someone in that department, declined to help or aid the assistant cashier. Great service Albertsons, that's why this location is always empty. No manager in duty, let the employees run themselves.

I don't understand why they keep this store so cold. I wanted to do all my shopping but it was so cold I just grabbed a few items and left. This store doesn't want people to take their time shopping. Proof? No one is ever in this store! I complained to the cashier and she said people complain all the time With stores closing everyday one would think you'd at least try for a descent and friendly atmosphere I'm sure it will be closing soon leaving few stores in the area to shop.

Always bright, clean, and fully stocked. As soon as you walk in, there's always beautifully crafted bouquets of seasonal flowers for every holiday! The mother's day and fall season are the cutest! Not to mention Albertson's cakes from the bakery have really stepped up their game! They're moist, delicious, and cheap! I usually buy them for coworkers birthdays at work and they do not disappoint! You can also find really good deals on meats here, and occasional a sale on tri-tip steak! I do a lot of my weekly grocery shopping here. They have mostly everything I need.
