HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I've been here many time and I know for a fact there's at least 4 employees yet they only have 1 person helping customer?!?! Meanwhile another employees cannot even acknowledge or let us know when someone else can help. Why are MULTIPLE employees taking their lunch at the same time when you know there's only going to be one person available. WORST way to manage a business.

How about customer service. I walked in and sat down waiting to open a checking and savings account never once was acknowledged by anyone working there. Waited 10 minutes which is more than enough time took my hundred thousand dollars plus and left.

After being reassured of a call by closing by the local banker today, and customer service assuring me that my business checking account and debit card would remain active, (Wells Fargo closed the Business Savings yesterday). I was just informed via email that my business checking account was now closed. Now automatic debits cannot be made and I have to wait for Wells Fargo to mail cashiers checques, to access MY MONEY. A customer for 10 years, with money in both accounts, this was done to "comply with FDIC rules", because they did not acknowledge my virtual office address (A brick and mortar building with receptionists, conference rooms open M-F, fax, phone and mailbox) A real shame, since I like my local Wells Fargo

25 minute wait to deposit a simple check, the worse of all is that there was a male employee that saw the big o line and decided to go to lunch.

I don’t understand how the whole bank called in on thanksgiving, I had a appointment for there and found out they had to close due to call ins from staff ,,,,,wow

Years and years ago Wells Fargo TRIED to RIP me off approx $1700 by HOLDING my money on account of they apparently were 'investigating' what THEY thought was some sort of 'fraud' going on on my part-which was OBVIOUSLY TOTALY FALSE-regardless to say- I had to WAIT over a month to obtain my money and then terminate relations with them-

The cashier lady had no name tag; she was rude and disrespectful and refused to help my handicap. Told her she had to wait in line even though she was using a Walker. She's a senior in her 80s and legally handicap.

The wait time to see a consultant about a credit card was unreal. I was the next to see a consultant for the past 3 hours. So don’t expect anything from them when they don’t even have enough employees for the 2 people that scheduled.

So under staffed and slow waited a hour and a half just to make a deposit most of the time it in the sun. HIRE MORE TELLER'S WELLS FARGO!!!
