This review is aimed at Walgreens prescription management rather than this pharmacy. I was prescribed a hard-to-find medication. After waiting a week, I called to see if they could fill the prescription. I was told they had been getting shipments of the medication from their vendor every 1-2 weeks. The pharmacist did advise me to have my doctor send out multiple prescriptions to different pharmacies to see who could fill it first. After two weeks, I called back to be told that their vendor had stopped all shipments and had no ETA when they would be shipping the medication. The lack of communication from Walgreens is awful. Their system could have sent me a text saying they had no ETA. It turns out my insurance’s mail-order pharmacy has the medication in stock. Now, I will miss my next dose.

A young man was at check out register dealing with a situation with a customer & called for help multiple times. After paging for help a couple times, an older woman "Miss Sally" came from behind the photography section and scanned her badge to void a transaction for him. She had an attitude towards him & looked at the other 6 people in line & said that we had to be patient and wait for him. She made no effort to help the young man. If she's in management, shame on her for not helping him when it was obvious he needed help.

Went in to buy nail clippers. Of course they have a security lock. Can't find an employee anywhere. Stand at the check out counter for 10 minutes waiting for assistance. 2 Spanish speaking ladies have brought back an 8 pack of aa batteries to return. Only half are in the pack. The employee obviously didn't know how to handle the situation as she went to the wall looked at a full pkg. Came back and talked to the customer more. Another employee came out and asked if she needed assistance. She said she needed change for the till. All while myself and 5 others waited in line. I left. Rite aid was right around the corner. You need to better train your staff. She should have put the Ladies aside and helped paying customers.

i go here all the time with my family but super disappointed by how the employees talked about customers poorly. my sister and i overheard a team member trash talk my outfit and be super judgy… like girl come on how you going to talk trash about customers and then compliment their outfit all in the same breath??? messy

Called 3 days in a row to let them know I had a cold and to save my prescriptions till I got over it and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone ~ seems like they don't care about the public who keeps them open !! Thanks for nothing and next time I have a cold I'll just walk in there and too bad !!

This store needs new a whole new staff, if going to pharmacy expect to wait 40-45 minutes. Best bet is to take your meds to vons and not worry about these bumbs!!! Go somewhere else!!!!

Jennifer is such an amazing worker she was very friendly, informative, and kind. She helped my daughter and I with pictures and it was less stressful because she helped us. Honestly her customer service was excellent. As we were checking out Robert the cashier had a wonderful smile, and made the checking out experience enjoyable. He was very fast and polite at the same time.

Nyssa was above and beyond in customer service. She helped me feel like I could find what I needed and she didn't just tell me she walked me there. It was nice to see they have Jackie there too since I used to see her a lot when I would come by. She is nice.
