This review is about the very rude old lady Sally working the register. A poor young mother was trying to use a coupon for diapers and needed to split her stuff into 2 different transactions and this old lady was so rude to her it made me uncomfortable. She was yelling at the young mother telling her she was backing up the line even though I was the only one in line and was in no rush. I've have seen the women treat people very badly on a few different visits it this time I was left upset she treated her so badly. Your management needs to address the way she treats people it unacceptable to treat customers that way! I will never return here again I already stopped using the pharmacy and now I will not shop here for any other needs I'll take my business to rite aid as everyone else should. Sally should be fired and should've been a long time ago she hurts your business!

I'am not sure whats going on in this Pharmacy. Last year I moved things here because of the great customer service. This year customer service went from being a 10 to maybe a 2 at best. It takes weeks sometimes to get a refill that have already been approved. I have called and talked to 4 people just this last week. All giving different answers. Waited in line for over an hr and no one gets to the bottom of whats happening or who is making the mistakes. And they don't do follow up calls that the promise to do. I'm out of the prescriptions that I need and they don't seem to care. If things don't get corrected I'm going to have to move my prescriptions and shop other places.

Never open on a weekend and when you need something as a diabetic on a weekend you can't get it at this Walgreens in Desert hot springs no shopping carts no pharmacy staff always closed don't make a bit of sense

Whatever you do don't purchase any of their gift cards. I purchased a 200 dollar eBay gift card from them and when I went home to activate it it was already activated. I called the store manager and she was very rude and not helpful at all. So then I called eBay and after they checked it they told me that the card was duplicated by the store. The next day I called Walgreens again and the supervisor said that it was a non refund Policy. So I called their customer service and they basically said oh well. I showed all my proof that the store duplicated the card and still they refused to help me. Never ever will I shop there again.

I was having a hard time getting a prescription filled. The young lady I spoke to was very helpful she went above and beyond. I was calling my insurance and Dr. like a ping-pong ball. She took it upon herself to call my insurance and Dr after her lunch break. Everything worked out, sadly I don't recall her name but she was wonderful.

This pharmacy is the worst I've ever dealt with not only do they not always have the meds we need but the don't keep the hours of operation as posted and alot of the times they ate closed for days. They need to do better as they are one of two pharmacies is this town and it's totally out of our way to have to drive out of town.

I needed to get medicine for my 3 year old who is sick and it was 5 minutes till closing the First Lady didn't want to let me in even though they still had 5 minutes till closing. Thankfully Teresa let me in to get children's medicine I was in and out in 2 minutes I didn't want to waste their tile but was so grateful to Teresa for being a great employee and providing exceptional customer service .

There seems to be a reoccurring communication problem with the current pharmacist and the assistants working the counter.4 times in the last 7 months they have failed to have my pain medication refills ready for pickup on the day it was supposed to be available. I now call 3 days in advance, have them check stock, and confirm the day I can pick it up, but this still hasn’t solved the problem.This month once again, I was unable to get my meds until 2 days later than my refill date, even after I was told by the pharmacist 5 days earlier that they were in stock and would be ready for pickup on that date.If it wasn’t for the extended hours they are open, and lack of other pharmacies in the area, I would go elsewhere,
