Avoid this company! My car has water pressure damage and Anthony the owner came out to view the damages and to file an insurance claim with his insurance company. Anthony did not provide me with his insurance information and I still don't have a status on the insurance claim, it has been almost 2 weeks. This company also goes by Anthony's Mobile Car Wash & Detail.

I made an appointment as this was my first time setting up a service to detail my car. I originally made an early morning appointment for 6/18, but when some events came up I immediately called them days ahead for a re-schedule. The person on the phone said it was fine. So I made the scheduled for the 27th for the same early morning. They did tell me there was a possibility they may not make the schedule time due to someone having schedule early morning aswell. I was understanding of that and we agreed if they couldnt do it on the 6/27 we can try the next day. It came to 6/27 and I was waiting for them to arrive. I was texted by them stating that all their cleaners were busy, but they would come at 12 or later in the after noon that same day. I was fine with that. When it hit noon I continue to wait, call and messaged. Since then no contact! I've been trying to get a hold of them for atleast a re-schedule for the 6/29, nothing for 3 days. Now, I just want my refund, but they don't call back or answer. my car didn't get detailed. I was trying to be open-minded about this since this is my first detail, but my patience is running thin. They took my money and ditched me. At this point they are thieves.And they cannot say I didn't do anything to reach out. Every day I would call both numbers, leave multiple voicemails, kept texting. Filled the form and sent an email since the 6/27. This review is now on the 6/30. So they cannot use the excuse that they were busy when I've been trying to reach out multiple times. I even sent an email and tried reaching out on their Facebook. These 1 star reviews is my last attempt in contacting. I just want my money back.

Putting 2 stars because I really liked the 1st wash when they came out. Great job, great prices. Thought I found my guy! Tried booking a 2nd appointment and I got stood up. No call/no show. Happens (but shouldn't)...I tried booking a 3rd appointment a few weeks later, which was last week. Got the all good for 3:30pm Friday. Got stood up again. I text him back this time saying this is twice now that nobody called to say they can't make it. I didn't get an answer. I get people are busy but this just tells me you don't need the business or you're overbooking and flaking on people.

These guys did an awesome job washing and waxing our 5th wheel. They came right to our campsite at catalina rv resort in desert hot springs. It was crazy hot the day they did the work, but they were relentless in making sure they did a perfect job. The price was fair, and these are extremely hard working, conscientious guys who take great pride in their work. You can't go wrong with them!!

Last minute visit to the Palm Springs area.Truck was disgusting from the drive. Requested a wash same day. Anthony came out within 30 mins and got her done.Thanks

I dnk what is going on with this business,but I dn like it. I am new to area and first time I used them, no problem.2d time made an appt that was on a Sat. At 2-3p., their choice.THEY STIFFED ME!! No show, no call,nothing so I wasted three hours and gave up. Tried calling them four times over last three days to see what was the problem, but the "mail box is full."There is Definitely a severe disconnect here so I will never bother to call them again.

Anthony was great in getting me a same day appt, which was the absolute best. I have an all black interior and did find streak marks across my screens and dashboards once done, but for a same day appt at a very reasonable price point. I'm glad for the service over all.

They came out fairly last minute schedule and did what they needed to get my car a hand wash. Super quick and responsive with the quote. If I was in the valley and needed a wash, I'll definitely be calling them.

Got a mobile car wash and interior clean for our Tesla and Porsche. They treated the car wash like a detail, the cars were spotless inside and out couldn't be happier. Our friend had his i8 washed and was likewise blown away. All at an unbelievable price. Highly recommended.
