My car was damaged when I tried to get to work on the rough roads after Tropical Storm Hilary. Had to have the car towed in to City Automotive. They were very efficient; quickly figured out what repairs were needed, ordered parts and fixed the car in a few days. I trust these guys and recommend them.

Took my parents vehicle (Ford Explorer Sport Trac) here for an alignment after having new tires installed. Upon inspection, they found several items of concern, escorting me into the garage and showing me the issues. After authorizing the repairs, they were completely quickly and at a reasonable cost. The vehicle drives smoother than it has in years. Definitely taking my vehicle(s) back as needed. Thank you!!

Called three times over four days and NEVER got a return phone call. Had to go elsewhere. This place was highly recommended however I never got ANY response. Are they out of business or just very rude and neglectful??!?

Jeff is knowledgeable about the old American cars as well as the more recent models. I've had my 69 as well as my 08 Pontiac there to be worked on He's great with both of them.

He does a good job for a cheaper prize than most people pay I had an oil change and two lights taken care of for about 85.00 dollars so I think that is pretty amazing when every one else charges 2x as much for the same work

I'm always so impressed at the way these guys deal with such a consistent, busy shop. I want to give kudos to Jeff's son (I overheard another customer ask him how his dad was). He took the time to go into detail about the work they did on my vehicle, in a non-rushed, calming demeanor. The wait time was minimal, and the fee was very reasonable. You guys are a class-act. I will continue to refer people their way, along with my business when need be.

They did an outstanding job fixing my Honda CR-V air conditioning. They kept me informed at all times. They had the car ready when they said it would be ready. The cost was very good. They are the only ones to work on my car. The only problem is that the are very busy, but I guess that is a good thing for them.

Wow, they have earned business! Took my 2013 F150 in to have the AC checked (Ford dealership said I had a leak). They did the evac charged it and found the minuscule leak. Josh, you and your team are great, with great rates. I am sure it would have been $$$ at Ford. very pleased, love doing business with the locals, they have your back! do hot hesitate to have them look and care for your vehicle.

Customer service is great! Got an oil change done on my Acura and they were done within an hour. The price was fantastic as well, I will definitely go back :)

This is our second time here at City Automotive and I believe we'll keep coming back ! We took in our car thinking we needed brakes but then it came out to be something very simple.
