Everytime I come in here I get good service, I get anxiety spending money and RiteAid always comes up with the best deal for my dollar RiteAid made it very simple to return and exchange some items this morning thanks RiteAid and PRAISE THE LORD

Rite aid Margaret is a very competent pharmacist.
Two injections in two days.
Very nice lady.
She made it not hurt.

Seriously. Don't go here if you need any kind of prescription. The rudest, uneducated teenagers on the planet. Get high school was closed for 10 years

They are the best I have tried in the valley for my prescriptions. They will notify you by text and if there is a problem, they do answer calls and try their best to help. The hours for pickup go until 10 and you can even arrange for drive thru or delivery.

Tried calling multiple times to see if my medication from the ER was ready to get picked up just to get hung up on and repeatedly put on hold just for them to hang up. Poor customer service and rude.

Went to this rite aid tonight to pick up my 5 year olds antibiotics and nausea medication , and i asked the lady ( Denise ) if she can grab children's Tylenol ( i was in the drive thru because my daughter has strep throat and i didn't want to take her in a store ) and she says " no, you will have to order it through the app or come in ." I responded " it doesn't say that here on this window , it states to ask for what i need " and her response was " well it depends on what we have going on back here " I'm guessing she meaning she's too busy to get it . Well i didn't say anything until she finally came back with my daughters medication and i stated to her that i will be contacting management because i wouldn't expect you guys would want someone in your store with strep throat and her response was " okay but there is a car behind you, and u have a good night " she was so so rude .. especially with me asking for CHILDREN'S Tylenol i would think they would have SOME sympathy . This review will not be where i stop , i do intend on going higher until someone hears me out . If i didn't care about the person behind me i would have just waited in the drive thru for a manger to come help me .. but that would have been selfish ! As long as it took her to grab my medication and to get someone for a consultation she could have grabbed the children's Tylenol .

The staff were wonderful. Pleasant, knowledgeble and efficient.Notified by text that vaccines were available I was able to make a next day appointment. As I had filled out the necessary forms online I was able to walk straight up to the pharmacy. The pharmacist answered questions asked. Floor staff directed me to other items on the way to Gary RN who did a great job with the injections.
