4 employees. One walks right by me. One checking out. Waited what seemed like forever to check out. I don't need computer time. I dint need to laugh it up with the gather counter. I just want to pay. I left my item. Walked out. Went up to auto zone. In and out in 60 seconds. I'll never return.

I needed a water inlet for my car. Online, it was priced around $15, and O'Reilly had it for $36. But they had it in stock already, and besides, I didn’t have time to wait for a delivery. Jesse was very kind. He helped me find everything I needed. I am very happy with the service I received and I would certainly recommend this location to others.

Can in because they offer car battery charge, my car was having a light that said it was discharging while stopped after a automatic electric pump bleed so I mentioned to him that I wanted to charge the battery full to see if the light persists.2 hrs later I come back to get my charged battery and the manager with the green eyes tested the battery and it gave 12.4 and 70% charge whick is basically how it came in I don't think they charged it and then he hits me with " that battery will start your car no problem and your alternator will charge full" I don't understand why they offer a service that they aren't willing to do it?I when to the other store A and they charged it no problem tested 12.8 95% charge so save the hustle and go somewhere else

Just moved to the area and found what I was looking for. Rene was patient and helpful in finding what I needed and very knowledgeable. He was the only one to greet and assist me. Even helped bring items out to my vehicle.

Very helpful employees needed brakes, no problem there at this O Reillys in Desert Hot Springs first time visiting won't be the last.
