John went above and beyond for us! I had rented a trailer 2 months in advance from another location. The day before pickup, they called me to say they wouldn't have it, and John's location was the closest and soonest I could have a trailer. I was now at risk of missing an important event to which I needed to tow a racecar. Even though none of this was John's fault, he made special accommodations for my wife and I to pickup and deliver the trailer exactly when we needed! I cannot recommend John enough, and I will most certainly book with him again in the future. Thank you sir, for your exceptional customer service.

I was searching for a car for two weeks in Indio. Somebody recommended to go to Desert Hot Springs. Best decision I made this guy is really fair, other car lots the payment almost $200 higher for the same car that I bought At Johns place. In the future, I will be going back.

I don’t want to sound like a fake paid advertisement praising John but thats what I am going to do. I will be honest without getting paid. Seriously he is the most accommodating and chill salesman I had the chance to find while looking for a car.He listened and understood what I was trying to buy within my budget. I liked how he gives you a couple of choices without being pushy. I went for a car that I liked but was over my budget.He made some calls and I was able to take the car home without getting on debt. The way he trust even when my credit score was bad AF was something i did not expected. I can’t thank him enough for making my first car buying experience super pleasant and stress free. There is no way I would go somewhere else to get another car in the future.

Just want to say Thank you for the Exceptional Service. My mom came in to buy a car and she was desperate to have a car. She is 83 and had just recently broke her back. John picked her up and showed her the car. I was a bit nervous thinking that they probably took advantage of an older woman. But , John Livreri ‘a Professionalism , Honesty, and Kindness shines though and after visiting and checking out the call , I personally went in to thank him for getting Mom a Safe Good Used car that didn’t take every cent she has.THANK YOU John LIVREI!!! I wintered in Desert HOT Springs, Nov 22 to April 23. Soon after arriving I knew I needed a car. Concerned as I didn't want a new one, that meant used cars, and salesperson. Then I met John. He was on phone. In walked a young kid, obviously not in good shape. Join called him by namegave him a few dollars told him....this time buy some food. I immediately lost my concern about him. He told me after 35 years he knew all the street people and helped them as much as he could. Looked over his inventory loved a 2008 acura. During the time I was there John and I became friends. Found out 90 percent of sales are to former customers. Time to leave I asked him if he would sell my car. He offered to buy it, and at a fair price. I didn't tell him I would write this. I am back in Bellingham, John has my phone number and I give him permission to give it to anyone that wants to talk about John.

John Livrori has a used car lot in desert hot springs Ca.where I lived for years always seeing his cars and name up on the sign but never had the pleasure to meet him, untell recently I had to move and needed a uhaul truck and Mr. Livrorir rents those as well on his lot, and ill tell you he's got to be the most nicest kind guy I have ever it, he worked hard on getting me a moving van, but all they had were the real big ones so he gave to me for the same price as a small uhaul truck and got everything moved in one trip, what a deference it made, so if you need a moving van or uhaul trailer or just a use car, go see John at john Livioris used car lot in desert hot springs you won't regret it!

Amazing experience I went to multiple dealerships before coming here and with horrible credit and no cosigner I was given the run around. Then I came to Johns and the very first day I met him I upgraded into a perfectly running car for a great deal.
