Horrible customer service, very unprofessional, and not to mention discrimination at its finest. DO NOT go there people. No use of complaining either the owner said "what do u want me to do about it". Lol....this place is a joke ?

Came and got an advance, they were so helpful and informative. I will be coming here again, than that other place, the h&r in palm springs messed up on my advance and the tax pro's were unprofessional. Jackson here was amazing, so glad I came here.

We have been doing our taxes with JH for the past 13 years, right after HRB can't figure out how to do our taxes back in 2008. Karl Szasz is great, really, seriously.

This was my 3rd or 4th year using JH and meeting with Karl. He is amazing and very easy to work with. He is very informative ands makes sure that I understand all the aspects of my tax filing. I will definitely continue to use JH as long as I can meet with Karl! Thanks Karl!!!!
