They have great service. I take all my gold color jewelry there and Ivan I call the tester guy and he never complains just a a big smile. Victor gives me great advice when I am not sure of other items I have. D.H.S. Jewlery and Loan has competitive prices, I have been to all of them in this area.

Been coming here for 8 months but this time they wowed me with prices on chains and pendant they really good priced I saw a gentleman buy a San Judas pendant for really cheap. Not to mention the jeweler is really knowledgeable in all aspects of gold.

You know I love you guys. You are vital to the community, and we need you. I just have a concern with your prices. You have to understand depreciation better. Just because you paid a certain amount for something, doesn't mean you can recoup that price years later. That is your mistake, not ours. If something sells for 100 dollars new, you can't hit us at a 150 dollar asking price. Yes, I was offended. The product used sells for 50 dollars on ebay. Depreciation is a reality you have to accept. Bottom line: you paid too much and alienated a customer who actually buy's things. I won't be coming back for probably 6 months or so.
