Horrible place for any type of medical assistance. They don’t return calls and they send you straight to voicemail. How am I supposed to get an appointment in if nobody is answering? Good thing I’m not at my wits end.

The staff is not helpful or compassion of the patients. After my appointment my medication has not been ordered and I called them everyday went back to the office and staffed at they will call the pharmacy. I still don't have my medicine and it's been a week now.

I have called 3x and still can't get an appointment. I have called on the 3 different times and still nothing. Keep getting re routed to an after hours call center to take my message and they don't call back. How are you supposed to make an appointment? Maybe I should drive there and wait in the lobby to get an appointment.

Dr. Afari is the best doctor! All the staff are helpful and real nice. They are changing over to DAP and seems to be working real well.

Can we please keep Annamarie?! I would jump from pediatrician to pediatrician with my now 10 year old until I finally found Dr. langhorne who was amazing and took care of my 10 year old and 4 year old! When I found out Langhorne retired I thought “great, I’ll have to start a hunt again for a great pediatrician that will actually care for the wellbeing of my kids” .. currently my 4 year old has been dealing with some issues and saw a few providers in Borrego but lastly was put in the care of Annamarie. From that first visit she heard my concerns and before i could even ask for testing, etc she right away suggested it herself ! She heard my concerns and took action! That is what we need! That is what I look for in someone I’m going to put trust in to care of my kids! Please keep her permanent! I dont want to start another hunt for a new provider for my kids.. she’s perfect!

I've trusted Borrego Health in DHS as my primary care provider for several years Two years ago, after some heart issues and gall bladder surgery, Jerry Vega took over as my managing medical professional. Professional is the operative word here. Whether it's an in-person appointment for physical, a tele-health phone call to review blood work or an urgent care visit, Jerry has become trusted cog in my health wheel. Numerous referrals to specialists for specific medical concerns have been quick and efficient. Jerry was born to do this job. He listens and demonstrates a genuine sense of caring regarding my overall well-being. Appointments have always been on time. The support staff, medical assistants, Xray department and on-site LABCORP office make each visit as painless as possible. The Dental clinic on Cholla also rates 5 stars. Dr. Brown and the entire staff are the best. In an area with so many medical care options, I'm happy to have found them. New management from DAP health should continue to improve the quality of care levels available in the Coachella Valley.

Disappointed at there lack of communication with doctors and insurance it took me a week to figure out why I couldn't pick up my inhaler which I was out of. They kept billing the old insurance this has happened to me, multiple times now doctor blaming them they blam doctor no one called me back lack of care and stupid mistakes on both sides .
Called Ashley head prescription never called me back . Also it took me 20 calls to get someone compident to tell me what was wrong then told me they would call me back let me know what issue was never happened.

Customer service is out the window. Nobody wants to go above and beyond to help the customer/patient. If you are told by hospitalist to see GI in 1 week, it will take 3 weeks to get an authorization. This is aweful. Have some common sense and look at your paperwork.

The people here do not listen to their patients. I went in explaining exactly what I needed and instead of explaining how to get access to my lab results as I had asked, they told me to check in when I did not have time to do so. I came back another day and checked in. I was called surprisingly quickly but the nurse of course was incompetent and told me that bloodwork alone is all I needed in order to check my lithium levels as well as gastrointestinal issues after I showed her a paper from the hospital telling her what I needed. It wasn't. I had to cancel an appointment I had with the hospital because these people failed to do their job. (Welcome to America)

This community clinic, it’s gone worst and worst! My husband had an appointment for this week March, 1 and they called him 2 days before calling him that they weren’t takin his blue cross insurance and I also had scheduled an appointment for my daughter like 2 months ago for her shots and her appointment was also for March, 1 and try calling the clinic to make sure about what my husband had told me because my daughter has the same insurance, but apparently now we can’t talk directly to the clinic anymore, and the ones that take your calls are outside company’s that only schedule your appointments, but can’t give you information about your insurance or transfers you to the clinic directly, they tell you that you could only leave a message for them and that they’ll call you back I try doing that and they never return my call so it’s really stressful that nowadays when it’s so simple to communicate by a phone they can’t do that, it’s just ridiculous and pathetic.

I am still here waiting but I checked in 3 hours ago 50 minutes I was given a room but still have not seen the doctor. There were only 4 people ahead of me waiting for urgent care that I was told of but many people that said they didn't have an appointment were seen ahead of me. I understand appointments but can't wrap my head around walk ins for urgent care getting treated within 20 minutes after I had been waiting almost 2 hours
