Horrible service! I went in the branch yesterday, told the young lady I wasn't from the area, I had driven 45 mins to closest branch, I had family in the car waiting, 2 meetings b2b, and a few things to do in the area. I needed to complete my transaction rather quickly. She proceeds to change her tune once she opened my account and realized what I was requesting. I overheard her and another teller discussing my account questioning why would I want to withdraw 6200??? Why do I need that much? (and this is the nice version)The walls are thin idiot! You could've at least gone to an office...? She comes back to her window and begins to interrogate me about the payment and where did it come from and did I know the person? WTH? Really? I'm LITERALLY in line 10 mins with her B.S.'ing me as if she were on hold waiting on someone to come on and pretending to type notes!!! This happens EVERYTIME! I hate PNC... definitely looking!

I have banked at this branch for over 12 years. Before PNC took over branch was well staffed and account specialist knew what they were doing. We went in to do a simple task for a bank. After making 2 appointments, showing up for both, we were told a glitch in the system was making it impossible to do what we wanted. Came home, called customer service and did two of the three things we wanted to do at branch and couldn't. Moving my accounts to another bank soon.

This bank is trash. They never answer the phones
And when you leave messages they do not return your calls. This Desert hot Springs location needs to be shut down in my opinion. I have never in my life seen such unprofessional people working in a bank. If they don’t want to help people then shut it down. I will be calling corporate on this location. And I won’t be going back there.

Stopped to open an account. Was told only 1 person was there. Wanted to make an appointment. Sorry people I don't have time to leave work when ever is convenient for you. I left and went and opened an account with Chase.

It used to be that BBVA, now it's PNC. All the staff has changed. They went somewhere else. There was no notice. I had a contract for an equity on my house and they change that contract payment date With no notice going against agreement that I had with BBVA. It was terrible when they changed that was over a year and a half ago and it's still terrible.

I have had no experience with this branch prior to yesterday on 2/13/2023, other than having used the ATM over the two years since I moved here.On 2/13/2023 I called the branch, prior to driving to the location, as I had questions I wanted answers to before driving there. I was greeted by Branch Banker Megan Mckenney and her customer service skills were no less than exceptional. Even if she was faking it, she still passed with flying colors. I was then introduced to Daisy ( I believe that was her name) and she was equally impressive.On my way out I thanked them both and I will be seeing them again. I hope that the other team members are just as good as these two team members.A "Thank You" to both Meagan and Daisy.

wish i could give NO STARS to this horrible, nasty place. when they took over BBVA (ruining a GREAT bank here in desert hot springs), PNC stripped the place of any niceties and customer service went out the window. except for ONE employee left over from BBVA days, they people working there are rude and extremely un-helpful. i TRIED to give them a chance for a few months to see if there was any improvement...HA! i made the very intelligent move to go to a credit union and SUCH a HUGE improvement in attitude and in customer service. at 65, ive seen MANY banks...this is worse then BofA and CHASE combined. be a customer at your own risk. youve been warned.

The people working here are nice but the bank itself is terrible. The atm never works, and their online banking apps services are always unavailable.

A dispute on one single transaction resulted in debit card confiscation & complete account lock out without an explanation. Was questioned & drilled when I drew out MY money

This has to be the worst bank I've ever dealt with in my life. They allowed a fraudulent transaction to come out of my checking account via ACH. There's no way of seeing if it's processing until it posts. And because it posted there's a process to get your money back. 10 business days not 10 calendar days 10 business days before you get a provisional credit. This was $225 at the first of the month. So I can't pay my rent Because they have been absolutely no help in getting this straightened out. Most banks give your provisional credit within 24 to 48 hours. And to make matters worse you have to pay seven dollars to get your debit card replaced. Don't go to this bank avoid it
