Mario was very helpful even when he didn't have to. I was stranded with my kids and I needed a part and the mechanic was working on my car after hours I called the store wen they had just closed. And he was so nice to help us I'm beyond grateful ?

Cookie and Cody were the best, Cookie came out and tested our car battery and continued great customer service until the sale was completed, Cody came right out and put in the New battery, never once did either of them complain about the heat or have attitude it was a pleasurable experience considering our situation, 10 stars for the both of them.

I was waiting in line for 20 minutes. Four employees were milling around, and one employee was working the register. Some exchange turned into this long, drawn-out ordeal. The manager briefly helped with the exchange and saw me standing in line. This guy came in 10 minutes after me and started huffing, puffing, and stomping around the store. The store manager, who made no effort to help me pick up my online order, decided to help him instead. Ridiculous. I ended up waiting 20 minutes. Then, when I finally got up to the counter, the manager called more employees to the front to help. I am very upset and doubt I will ever come back.

Great place to get all of your parts could be cheaper a bit but they got all the quality you need and if they're out of stock always go to another one they will always have something for you there.
