Taking bad service to new heights, Debra Walker is impressive. I have been buying hats from her for 10 years. I must own 30 of her visors because i am a tennis player and golfer and i live between three homes. I placed an order online which she mistakenly mailed to someone else, and i received someone else’s order. She asked me to mail the package back to her, so i graciously agreed to do so. I had the package in my car, and that day my car was stolen. I emailed her and apologized profusely for having lost the package which she mistakenly mailed me and inconvenienced me to mail back to her. Her response was that she would be charging my credit card for the stolen visors. Needless to say, she has lost me as a customer for life, and i felt others should be forewarned of her incompetence, vindictiveness, and poor customer service.
