Only issue I have is they automatically raise the price of rent every year. Not every few years or every other year, every year!!! I cant believe how much my rent has gone up since my original first year.”

“Wonderful facility, management and very clean/well kept property. I was a paying customer for a little over 2 years, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
For anyone complaining about rodents or bugs, we had zero issues. I took it upon myself to keep electric rodent traps and that took care of any potential pests. The property has regular services as well as traps (very visible as well) all throughout. You can drive through the facility at any time, the concrete is spotless, no trash and no weeds. It is a very well-maintained property and my belongings always felt very safe and secure. I rented two different units during my time here, one of the largest sizes available as well as a downsized unit.
The property manager (I am totally blanking on her name) was always so kind, helpful and a great person to work with.
I LOVE that you can use an app to unlock the gate without getting out of the car. I also love that most of what you need can be managed on the app as well!
Compared to the storage facilities in the area, Central Valley Self Storage is superior in customer service and cleanliness!”

“The unloading is fast, I arrived at my appointment at 6 am, empty at 8 am, the staff was friendly. The most important thing is that there is over night parking in front of the entrance on the unpaved road (be careful, there is no bathroom).”
“Nice people, and the place is well kept. But their hours are not what you would call "convenient." I was told when I first went there that the gate locks at 6pm, and if you're not out, you have to call the Sherrif to let you out. I think 24 hour access would be ideal.”
