“Brandon, the owner, is a believer in customer service. Went to True Value in Livingston to rent a rototiller. The one I rented last year wasn't there but he had a bigger and better rototiller. Too large to fit in the back of my car so I asked if he would deliver it. I not sure if they deliver rototillers normally but he said yes this time. The guys delivered it at 10am and will be by to pick it up when I'm finished. everyone in the store is always ready to help. Thank You.....”

His name is Evan and he is always very kind, respectful and helpful every time I have shopped there when he is on duty (and even on his break!)”
“Home Depot has friendly helpful staff to answer your home improvement questions and can help you if you just can't decide on how to start a project. Just start is the key. For example, yesterday I went in to find lumber for another job and Charlie in customer service helped me set up my Pro Account to organize all my receipts and track them without having to keep them myself. Thanks Charlie. The plants in the garden department are lovely with plants at bloom and almost bloom you are sure to find color for the yard for last minute party decorations or plants getting ready to bloom which will allow the plant to establish and then bloom for your wedding or event. Nice lumber and clean store.”

“We have a large pipe post and rail project in Lake Don Pedro that we ordered materials for online from Ace Hardware. Unfortunately the order got screwed up and lucky for us Store Manager Lindsay saved the day and got our materials back on track. This store has the best selection and the best customer service of any Ace hardware I’ve worked with from Bakersfield to Yuba City. If you’re a business decision maker, I would highly recommend working with these folks.”
