My first time in this branch. 24 people standing in line. I've been in line for 15 minutes and not much closer the the teller. 2 tellers. Whats going on here?

I’ve been banking at this branch for years, I’ve had nothing but good experiences and great customer service, everyone at this branch is is always so kind and helpful, they’ve made going to the bank a wonderful experience, they are always so attentive and caring, they’ve helped me out and took me in without an appointment which is so hard to get now after COVID, they are always so paying attention to detail and have nothing but good thing to say, especially the banker Yazmin T. She’s been such a delight to deal with. Always goes above and beyond to resolve my issues, they gained a customer for life.

First of all, why does this bank have so much negative reviews?? So I know I’m not the only one that feels this way.Second, why is Miriam, the manager, so rude? Been banking 14+ years with Wells Fargo, mainly interacting with this one and never have I come across someone rude and blatant staff like this one. Financial institution is nothing without customers, so why not treat them nicely and respectfully?

Im not surprised this branch has so many negative reviews. Prior to this appointment I had an amazing experience at my local dealer which set me to a lovely mood UNTIL I came to this bank to make some adjustments to my account and the Fiona lady frog eyes with contacts and rude personality (Yasmin B Torres) was cutting me off as I was speaking rolling her eyes and sticking her mouth like a duck making it obvious she felt some type of way. I asked her why was she cutting me off giving me attitude she said “I can go get my manager if you don’t like it” I told her “fine go get her because I’m not about to argue with you”. This “manager” (Miriam A Jeronimo) comes with an attitude as well looking for problems I said “there’s no problem your coworker is making this transaction difficult with her attitude” she wouldn’t look at her coworker she was just mean looking at me not wanting to give me a professional customer service meanwhile Fiona was just laughing right behind her. Their attitude obviously upset me because it felt like they were making us a favor when it shouldn’t be that way, if my money is in there and they get paid to handle peoples business in a professional manner. This manager said “what’s wrong do you feel bad” in a sarcastic way I told her “yes I do, because I was having a wonderful morning until I came to this negative energy environment” she went on to refuse service because she didn’t like my face what did she expect after the way the were treating me. Fiona having your whole body and face under cosmetic surgery I would guess you would be happy and joyful. You’re energy and horrible customer service shows how miserable and botched you feel. Never coming to this bank I’m closing my account.

The service here is terrible. I waited in the business merchant line for approx 30 minutes and when i was next up, business merchant teller was calling people from the regular line that were there for much less time than i was. One of the ladies that was called even mentioned it to the teller that i was there first and she still made me wait. I'll never go back to this branch!

How much longer will the ATM machines be unavailable? They have been unavailable for deposits or withdrawals for about two weeks now. I can’t believe they have horrible service at this location. I work all day and don’t have time to go inside the bank, and the ATM machines never work. I may just have to change where I bank. Unbelievable!!!

Made an appointment at 11 showed up 2 minutes before my appointment and the only service desk banker is with another client which wouldn't have been a big deal had she specified there was someone else in front of me. So she said 5 -10 minute wait and then she comes out to call someone else. So now I'm here 23 minutes after my designated appointment finally being called in. What's the point of making an appointment if they don't honor it or how about out more staff to work. It wouldn't have been a big deal had I not been late to my other priorities or messed with the whole day, it wasn't even worth the wait I felt rushed and it was on a first come first serve basis.

Poor service!!! Tellers are rude most of the time, and the ATM machines never work. They’re always OUT OF SERVICE or not accepting deposits.

The experience and wait time at this location is horrible. They need to hire desperately, or they need need to get it together and run the bank a little better.
