No Business line More then 5 tellers only 2 are open they other ones just Sitting down instead of Attending Customer Not happening ones or twice more then 50 times

My first time in this branch. 24 people standing in line. I've been in line for 15 minutes and not much closer the the teller. 2 tellers. Whats going on here?

This branch has not commercial line. It take eternity to do something here.Horrible!!!!
