So disappointed with return agents valentin wasnt able to help even after i handled my receipt to him he seen the item nwas still unable to do his job was saying that ite wasnt on the receipt when clearly it was...i ask to speak to a manager he was on leave so i ask to speak to some one in charge no one could help i asked for corporate number n still no help no one knew the number...how inconvenient is this walmart isnt soposed to be conviniant

Just another Walmart with 700 check stands and three actual cashiers. You can always tell the kind of people that go shop at these places by the way they treat the stores. Only so much employees on a minimum salary care or can do.

I had an issue with my e.b.t. card trying to go from cal-fresh to paying with cash, after trying to do this on my own and failed. I voiced my frustrations and the cashier helped me saying, "Don't worry, I will help you." I was so reassured. So we did the transaction and it was Easy-Peasy! Can you write a review without attaching stars? The Delano Walmart is without a doubt, the absolute worse of any other Walmart I have shopped at. From trying to speak to someone over the phone to walking through the front door, the experience is nauseating. Staff is somber, clueless and lacks the tiniest hint of any type of customer service skill. I believe the store management is to blame. Management themselves lack the ability to make decisions or address customer complaints without using the excuse of "that's just the way we do things." Who hires management here anyways? A manager should set a good example by "leading," not just dipping out in the shadows when things go awry. No one here knows what they're doing or cares to learn. It makes me sad to think that our community is taken for granted by this conglomerate. If you can avoid this place please do! I guarantee the experience will disappoint you.

I ordered online & was supposed to be delivered on 4/27, I get a notification ON 4/27 saying it was moved to 5/3 wtf is that. I call to cancel so I can go pick it up myself and no one knows how to answer the phone. Ridiculous
