Horrible service. They take forever. Been waiting for my daughters prescription to be filled since January. Its already March. I keep calling and the pharmacist just gives me the run around and blames the doctor's office. Doctors office showed me proof that they have faxed over the prescription multiple times and I myself have even taken it. This needs to be taken care of immediately. There should be absolutely no reason for this!!!

Made an appointment online for a covid test a few days ago to avoid waiting...Got there by the appointment time only to find out they (ALL of the pharmacy) were still on lunch. Why allow people to set up appointments during associates lunch time is a failure on Walgreens, and not having at least one person to assist customers is a failure on the pharmacy department. I would give no stars if possible. I'll go elsewhere next time.

I've had better experiences here but I went the other day and and this man was working at the register and the first impression on him was not very good. He seemed very lazy and I later found out he was. I went early in the morning it was pretty empty. I was the only person in line and the man kept working after seeing me waiting. Until I finally said "Excuse me, I'm ready" he came walking up and said "Sorry I was busy". I then went later that day and he was still working at the register and the line was not that short and some woman came to help. As it was my turn to pay he told the lady "Can you take this customer? I have something else to do" He put it as if he did not like me. When I was done paying he opened his register again. Almost if he made it seem like I did something to him. Let me tell you about the manager. Oh lord she's the WORST. Don't get confused there is a really pretty one and she's an amazing manager. This manager was old, grey hair. She is the WORST!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I seen her getting mad a customer over coupons. I was standing in line and she was blaming the customer. I was like ma'am the customer did nothing it was the employee (the lazy man). First she took her time walking to the register then proceeded to blame the customer. I looked at her in disgust. This is how they make money and she's calling out a couponer making the He/She feel bad!! One call to corporate and your career is over at walkgreens!! That old rag should have stayed in her lane if it where me I would have smacked her across the head to knock some sense into her!! How dare she disrespect and proceed to blame a customer who did nothing wrong, saying she/he caused a big line because of the coupons. I couldn't believe what I was hearing!! That old raggedy manager needs to get fired. If you don't like the job then leave no need to blame a fellow customer on the actions that your EMPLOYEE caused!!

I cannot understand why they say prescriptions will be ready at a certain time, but when it comes to the time to pick up the prescription (which is the time THEY tell the customer) it isn't ready! Such a waste of time, there is usually only one pharmacy tech working when it's peak hours. I do not understand how one pharmacy technician is supposed to take care of both the drive thru and the counter

All Walgreens are pretty much the same; however, I have visited this one with my mom several times as this is where she gets all her meds at and what I liked about this Walgreens was the interaction the staff had with my mom. All the workers and the pharmacy people greeted my mom on a first name basis and they were all so nice and helpful. This Walgreens is clean, it's very organized and it's pretty big inside. I'm not a big Walgreens shopper as I usually visit Rite-Aid more than Walgreens, but I really like this Walgreens and you can tell the locals seem to like this pharmacy. The pharmacist also has no problem going over any medications in details with my mom if she has any questions regarding her medications. I really like this pharmacy for her and it's nice to see that they care about the elderly that fill their prescriptions here. The area is located in a nice area and isn't too busy. Lot's of parking spaces outside. They are open everyday and they don't only have medications here. They sell pretty much a little bit of everything here from snacks to shampoo to children's toys.

This is the closest pharmacy to me that sells syringes. My relative requires them daily for insulin shots and this is the most convenient place to get them. Now, obviously it is easier to get a good amount of syringes so I'm not driving back and forth all the time rather than just buy one small package. My fiancé came one day and the associate told her she could only buy like 1 package. A bit perplexed I did some research and if I understand correctly California law is that anyone of the right age can buy as many syringes as they need without a prescription. The pharmacist told her if she needed more she would have to come back with a prescription. Now without insurance we can't get a prescription and why would I need to have a prescription if lawfully I don't need them. It also makes no sense for my relative to get insurance for insulin syringes because they cost only a few dollars. So the next time I went in and the pharmacist told me the same thing...I couldn't buy more than one syringe without a prescription. After telling the pharmacist what the California law is on syringes he said I was wrong and handed me a paper that he claimed would explain to me the information. After reading the paper it said the SAME thing that I told him. That anyone can buy syringes without a prescription. Now this goes on for a few visits where the pharmacist continuously lies to me and changes his "facts". One day he'll tell me I can buy only one because there's a shortage and the next day he'll tell me I can buy a thousand if only I had a prescription. I just finally gave up and realized he is just going to continuously lie to me if I kept coming back. I finally contacted a manger and explained to them the situation but at this point I'd rather drive across town to another pharmacy where I don't have to struggle to buy insulin syringes.

Never had I had a problem with the pharmacy or the store. The employees are so friendly. I never experienced a rude employee here. I like the fact that the accept mobile payments because it goes through so fast.

This review pertains to the Walgreens pharmacy staff: Monica on drive thru was a rude-know-it-all who in reality knew absolutely nothing about our situation yet took it upon herself to refuse to fill my friend's pain medication because she claimed we were insured which meant we couldn't pay cash. I was helping my friend get her prescriptions filled after she was discharged from the hospital. She was wrong. We weren't insured yet she refused to hear me out. She looked at me as if I was lying and just repeated herself over and over as if she suffered from some sort of social disorder. I wasn't asking for free medications, I was just trying to get my friend her medications. I also work in pharmacy and have had my fair share of retail work and I was just appalled at how we were treated. Next time I'm looking to be disrespected this way, I'll head over to the local DDs Discount. I'm sure they staff their store with more competent employees. Her name tag read Monica who's been serving Walgreens since 2007. After the ordeal I encountered, I realize why they hide her away in the back. Choices.
