Lied about my monthly! I confronted them and told them I was wrongfully charged and they did absolutely nothing to help. They said they would talk to their manager and then call me back. Never got a single call back. Its honestly sad and I will be switching phone carriers ASAP. Dont waste your time or your money, it's not worth it.

They literally ripped me off so bad, they told me I would a pay an extra $50 a month for a new phone but I got charged $120 instead and I asked them to help me for 2 weeks straight and called almost everyday and never got called back, dont go here.

This will be a completely honest review. Went in because my parents wanted to upgrade their phones. Ended up getting a really good deal on two brand new iPhones. I was fine with the prices because I know it’s the holiday season and I thought it was a great gift for them. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. So from that perspective I would give the store a 5/5. But a week and a half later I decide to check my phone bill. With all this said, i saw that the price she gave me on my statement, which was documented by her, and verified multiple times by the manager and her, was completely different then the price given on my account. I called customer service and they told us that they had added on multiple charges such as phone insurance, etc. that we agreed that we did not want. I was completely shocked that these people ended up trying to pull a fast one on me after I thought they were so genuine and helpful throughout the process. SO WHAT I WANT PEOPLE TO GET OUT OF THIS IS REVIEW IS IF YOU PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM HERE, MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOU’RE GETTING BECAUSE THIS WAS COMPLETELY SAD!

This is the most helpful Sprint store with the best staff I have ever been to bar none and I have been a Sprint customer for 20 years. I buy everything from my phones to all of my accessories here! And yes it is a corporate store.

Went in as a new customer maybe about 7pm ,mind you this store closes at 9. When the sales associate approached us she wasnt really friendly she seemed to think that i wasn't serious about switching to sprint. She looked at us like we were d*** and apart from this she didnt even have the decency to ask us to sit down with her so we could start a contract,she had me scream my private information out to her on the other side of the room she was really cold with us as customers . I will never go in to this store again .

Very poor service......went in to get an upgrade as I was due for one per my contract. When the sales associate checked the computer to see if I was eligible they said no you can't because you still owe $642 for my recalled Galaxy Note 7. I explained to them that I had already returned that phone months ago when the recall was announced and that I did NOT owe for a phone I do not have and returned. The sales associate says well the system is telling me that they never got my returned phone and in order for me to get my upgrade I would have to give them a Galaxy Note 7 or pay off the balance for the note 7 in full. I told em I returned it to the Visalia, Ca Sprint store and they had no way of looking it up. Long story short I ended up going back to the Visalia sprint and was able to get my upgrade as they were able to pull up my records that I DID in fact return the phone and I didn't owe anything. I will NEVER return back to the Delano sprint as they're a bunch of newbies who don't know how to look simple records on their own systems.

They provided me with a soda, and were friendly and explained everything in full before I made my purchase. I thought that I knew what I wanted, but Omar was able to provide me with options, and I love my new IPhones. I will be going back to them for anything else. My data speeds were amazing, and I never missed a beat with any of my social media accounts.
