I was just paying a bill nothing else they ask for ID .i don't like giving ID because they they don't need it i ask for the policy or memo about it they dont have it .every company has a memo about something not hard to give the information i the customer need .

It's a big store, don't see the reason for it. The women that helped me was very polite and helpful. The setup from a customer's view, is not a good one. We want to go in and pay a bill, get info, or buy items. But you wait, because only the person that deals with cash, or the one that deals with credit cards can help you. They should all be able to help instead of customers waiting.

Why are you guys closed at 7:15 pm when it clearly says until 8 pm on Google & on your door business hours but I went today & not one person in sight doors were all locked
