New building but doesn't have a new updated atm that lets you tap with your phone . Slow service. The drive up atm tellers are slow. One day you need an ID to deposit money and other day you don't. Rude tellers that hate their job. Switching to Valley bank.

If you value in person banking - come here. More tellers on duty than the comercial banks and they're not always trying to sell you something. Oh yah, and two dollar bills they order everyChristmas. Share the love; quit tipping in ones.

I have been going to this bank since I got my car. I have always gone to make my payments and have never had an issue until today. I went in to my my bill, gave the guy my info and asked for my balance. He took my money processed the payments and then told me I couldn't have the balance to the account, because I wasn't "listed" in the account. Are you serious? I have never had this issue before so I gave him my information and he still wasn't "allowed" to give me the info. I don't know anyone out there that takes time out of their day to pay someone else's bills. Other than that fast service.

Very out dated. Only reason we have this acct is we have had it for 15 years ... will be making a change soon. Not happy at all with this bank. No customer support on weekends or after hours. If you think you lost a card there are no options to disable it until you can find it you have to call get it turned off... walk into the bank .. order another card... wait 2-3 weeks ... OMG the wasted time. This is why i have my other bank at wells fargo.
