Never had a issue until today don't get me wrong love the staff but I bought a green dot visa card and it was already use and it was under some girl name Nicole called green dot customer services and now I have to wait 3 weeks to get a refund

I wish I would have seen the reviews before coming to this pharmacy. Same story as usual. They don't take responsibility for being unnecessarily slow. When called out on the slow service, they are quick to shift the blame on someone else or resort to claiming the customer is being difficult. It's easy to reply to a bad review with excuses but defending bad staff by claiming things are usually better when clearly they are not is just spineless. Seriously? Months of bad reviews and nothing has changed? Give me a break...You can do whatever you want with your money but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not worth your time or anyone else's for that matter.

Thank you pharmacists for always being so helpful. I truly appreciate you helping our family with medications as our parents are getting older. Recently our father was getting ready to go on a trip out of the country. You helped us by giving him his blood pressure meds earlier so as he wouldn't run out. Thank you for all you do for the community.

I received a call my prescription was ready. When we got there the line was long and I waited over 30 minutes (in line). Then I was told my prescription was not ready for 10-15 minutes more. I decided to wait and kept waiting for 30 more minutes. I decided to check up on it and had to wait in line 20 more minutes. Bad service and needs more workers. There was only one cashier working two registers while two others were just walking around the store. Whoever the owner is, take action right away. This experience is absurd. People have things to do!

The service at this rite aid is terrible the people working in the pharmacy are always rude and unpleasant im.always courteous to them and I still get treated badly I constantly have issues with my prescriptions forget about trying to get someone to answer the phone in the pharmacy department time to make a change I guess.

I had an appointment for a covid test I gave them the information they needed and the girl told me they had a new system and they didn't know how to input the information. She told me to return anytime after 12 I went back and they still didn't know how to input the information.

Not one person greeted me! There were 3 girls working in the front and not one even looked at me when I walked in. The male in ice cream was cleaning it didn’t even care to look at me either. Not one person asked me if I needed help. I was in the store looking for a few items unfortunately I couldn’t find it nor did anyone want to help me find what I needed when I asked the heavy set darker skinned girl she was pushing a blue cart she just turned away when I asked her a question the other girl I tried to ask didn’t even want to be bothered she was doing other stuff and finally when I was walking around for a good while still no help I couldn’t find what I needed no one wanted to help so why did I go in and chose your store in Delano if you don’t care about customers. This shows a lack in the store manager and company as a whole not putting customers first and it was proven to me! Definitely needs some big time training done in customer service. I checked myself in self check out because again no one to help or ask if I found everything OK or if I needed help.

They never answer the phone always have to call rite aid staff for them to get pharmacy to answer, as well when you connect to the pharmacy staff they talk to you with attitude and a smart way and rant about things that don’t even pertain what you’re trying to figure out they never have anything ready! I understand the labor shortage but all together this pharmacy has never been good only reason i go here is because it’s the nearest! Get a new team for pharmacy! A bunch of airheads running the place

Failing to provide medicines on time! Too much delays even in emergency cases! Too many problems about inventories, shortage of staff and other things and in result, people in need of medicines suffer. Do not go to this particular location!

I'm a little... no, EXTREMELY confused. As a provider, I go out of my way to call in a Rx for a patient. But per staff, DEA and NPI couldn't be located because this pharmacy does not take prescriptions furnished by nurse practitioners. I've had no issues in the past, especially when pts need it most. This is truly concerning. Staff was nice over the phone. But someone please educate me if I missed something!

Get a phone call medication is ready. After 30 minutes of waiting in the car, I am told that insurance card needs to be rerun so to get at the end of the line, Again. I park and go inside, and was told to sit down because medication is not ready. Do this young girls KNOW what they are doing??????

Their phone service might as well just discontinue. Been trying to get ahold of them all day and no answer from pharmacy. They never answer and I always have so much trouble getting ahold of them. I live quite a distance away and have to travel just to talk to them that could have been done over phone. Is 10am-2pm not a good time ? For every day I try to call? Never coming here again. What a waste of time and money.
