Paid 120 bucks to replace my cracked screen. The next day I couldn't talk to anyone unless my phone was on speaker, the keyboard was freezing and typing random buttons and back spacing in the middle of me trying to type. I brought it back to get it fixed, they couldn't fix. The man working there said he didn't know why it stopped working. And told me if the screen messes up he can fix that. I had no problems with my phone calls before I got the new screen.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! Very bad service. Go anywhere else in delano but here. When I went to pick up my phone I was right away able to notice a yellow tint to the entire screen that got replaced on my iphone 11. I asked the young guy about it and he made me feel like I was in the wrong. The keyboard was also not working/glitching and he told me it was normal and I needed to restart my phone. Days later the screen started lifting and certain parts of the screen were not responsive. I went back to ask what I could do about the issue and there were two men this time not trying to work with me at all, speaking to each other in another language. I will move forth with a police report and taking this to court because it is not okay for them to continue scamming their customers.
