“We were in a jam coming back from LA when a part came loose and started dragging from underneath our car. My mom and I pulled off at the nearest off-ramp found Mota’s. There an incredibly generous employee of theirs immediately helped us. He grabbed supplies from her personal vehicle, got down on his hands and knees in 100 degree heat, and worked away until he deemed it satisfactory for us to make the rest of the trek home safely.
