My tax preparer has and ALWAYS will be Esmeralda Alaniz..this tax expert is excellent at what she does for H&R Block. I been going to her for years..these past 2 years I didnt..but honestly I am really glad I went back to her.. Esmeralda has fantastic customer service and she really knows her stuff.

My wife and I have been doing our taxes with hr block for 10 yrs and never had an issue with our tax preparer but it's only took Carla 1 year to screw it all up and now we have a bill from the IRS stating we owe taxes after we reviewed our taxes we realized she didn't include a w-2. We've already filled complaints on her and her boss Amanda with the IRS, BBB, HR block. I smell a lawsuit. Don't go to Carla

Lady didn’t explain good about the loan they checked my credit and it put my score down and denied me the loan
