Rikki Barnes is one of the best pediatricians I have ever met she is so understanding and cares about the wellbeing of my child not only that she has cared about my postpartum depression. She has sat and talked to me when she didn’t have too. I recommend her 100%

OB with Evelyn is amazing here. However, not so much for pediatrics. Please take your babies else where. Front and back desk 99.9% of the time are rude( very rare a nice MA). They keep you on hold for unnecessary so long. Not to mention the providers here are not it. The NP guy always ignores your concerns for your little ones. I’ll be going to Shafter pediatrics from now on. Amazing service and Dr always listens to any comments or concerns you have. 1/5 ?? just because the clinic seems clean most of the time, so I give them that..however, other than that I would give a 0/5.. ( Edit: oh and how one of the pervious reviewers said they don’t even acknowledge appts. You’ll get seen literally an hour ina half after your appt. )

Had an appointment at 9 the card says arrive 15 before got here 8:40 they told me I'm early my appointment is at 9:30 and they say 9 is check up time and that I have to wait when there was no one in waiting room other patients came in later and were called in first like if they wanted me to be late they should of said so

I changed my primary care to this clinic about 8 months ago, and UAM more then satisfied. My doctor and staff are wonderful. I felt like they really cared about my health. And the wait time was so fast. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Thanks for always being there .

This place diserves 0 stars overall. Probably the most disrespectful clinic i’ve been in my lifetime. The staff would be wondering around while their patients be waiting outside to be observed. This clinic needs better management a soon as possible.

I love this place so much the girls in the front always make me feel comfortable they are super nice the nurses in the back as well I love my ob Evelyn and the nurse Nancy great staff and office I totally recommend this place ☺️

Rosy in the front was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I waited a whole hour in the waiting area while other patients would come in and get called within 5 minutes. A complete waste of time I would NOT Recommend!
