Took my car there after I got into an accident. Damage to the trunk, left taillight, and front bumper along with the headlights that got damaged. They had my car for over 3 months and kept lying about when the car would be ready. They would tell us it would be ready on a certain day, it wasn’t ready then, then they would say it would be ready on another particular day and yet again it wasn’t. When we finally did get the car back after the 3 months they didn’t attach a part in the front so now that part is missing which is visibly obvious which they claim they didn’t order because “it would cost too much” but I knew they just forgot to order it and said I could try to find a cheaper piece and they would install it but they never mentioned it throughout the 3 months. Stay away from this place

I got my car picked up right away, on a Sunday? after having mechanical issues. I didn't even have to stress on my car. They took it straight to the mechanic shop. Thank you Soo much Garzas!!

I accidentally lock myself out of my pickup truck at the gas pump, a garzas towing truck was behind me I ask if I could use their phone to call to get the spare keys, they quickly realize I needed help and open my truck I ask how much they said it’s ok we where right here no charge at all.. took my car bc of a check engine light. they diagnosed it w 2 different things before telling me i needed a new transmission and electrical work. i got suspicious so i took it to a second mechanic who said none of those things were true. the light was actually indicating a broken sensor that measures tire pressure. they charged me 66 dollars dill to mis diagnose my car and then refused to do the work on the actual problem. the mechanic insisted that i let him replace the transmission.

I’ve been to this spot twice, and it’s been great service both times. The most recent time I got body work, paint, and a tail light replacement. I had gone to a few spots to compare quotes, and this spot was SOOO much cheaper than all of them and it only took a week. The quality of the work was not compromised either; you can’t tell which side was hit. Totally satisfied.
