I had an appointment with them & waited for an hour still didn’t get me in I had to go inside the office to tell them smfh they refused to not help me I’ll no longer come back here to file my taxes or my family.

Luis and his office has been doing my family and I's taxes for years! He's been of great help, and has always been welcoming and friendly. At any given time, he's been available to help my family and I with questions about our taxes and so forth. - and ensures he'll get answers if he can't asnee them at that moment. I've had nothing but great experiences when working him and his employees!

I honestly would not recommend this place for notary services. I called to ask if they had time for a quick notary service and the girl that answered was hesitant in answering the question. She ultimately told me that if I needed a letter written from him or anything major that he had no time which I understand, but for me I only needed a signature, his stamp, and literally where he was performing the services. I told her that wouldn't take more than 5 minutes. She was like I'm sorry then he has no time for that. I was seriously confused, so he had time to sign it but not add a few things that would not take longer than 5 minutes or less ? Ok, fine I'll just take my business and money else where. I am so happy I did because I found the most amazing people at summer's clerical so accommodating. She had gone home but came back just to do this for me. Couldn't believe that she would come back from her house and this establishment couldn't sign something that would take 5 minutes or less. Please save yourself a headache and visit another place.

I made an appointment for me and my girlfriend we have a daughter together first time doing our taxes with our daughter we just wanted to sit down and discuss who should claim the baby. They would only take one person at a time. They did not care to help us out as a family.

This is my first time filing income taxes since my daughter has been born. Me and my partner went in today because we made an appointment together. They refused to take us together. We really needed help on how to go about things. We came all the way from Tulare to Delano for nothing. This place is NOT about helping.
