I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance to get my truck serviced and I went in early and they told me that they did not have the part and if they got it the same day it would be too late to do anything and would have to wait till Monday.

Art was a life saver this morning-- my tire popped before their service station even opened, and he was kind enough to help me change it and get me where I needed to go. I had a 12+ hour trip in front of me, and I can't put into words how much this meant to me. God bless Art. I would not be writing a review for this place if not for him.

We recently wanted to buy a new suv and there wasn't much to pick from so we drive to Delano. We were treated nicely. We found a suv we liked and my husband negotiated a deal on our old suv and the new suv. They were nice to negotiate with. We had no problems with the purchase but none of my husbands emails after the sale are being answered. We have not heard from them at all. Good customer service entails follow up. We made a deal we are happy with and would buy another car.

The employees are deceptive and use people for profit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting a car here to anyone. Beware the corruption and high APR rates.

Our vehicle was having an issue while we were traveling home. They were able to take us right away and help us out! The lounge is very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice!

Hello, I went in for service on 5/25/22 was helped out by Alfonso. I was a bit confused at first. Since it is my 1st time here I am from LA and decided to stop by here. Quick friendly service by all staff. Amazing prices. 44$ for oil compared to 99$ that my home dealership was asking for. I may come back the next time I'm here. Thanks,

This dealership is very incompetent! Traded a car in thinking they would pay of the lender sooner then later. We'll... after being notified that my credit had dropped 35 points, and there is now a delinquent mark on my credit score, all because it took them 20 days to electronically pay off the car. Electronically... what should that take? ... 10 minutes? Not 20 days! Was building my credit to buy a new house for me and my family. Now that's on hold... not like there's cars flying of off the lot. They had time, just didn't care. Be careful buying from them! Make sure to follow up!
