WORST BANK EVER!The only reason I don't close my account here is because I have a loan w them if not they will tottaly be gone from my life.Reps are lazy and SUPER INCOMPETENT!The last customer service rep was totally incompetent on her work during my relative's visit as she was depositing my money into my account as she kept on saying that she had the wrong account number but it was actually the right one. This is not the first time these clerks get it all wrong, you need to train better people to serve a purpose as the one's you have there most of the times do things totally wrong and with slowly bad attitude.

Waited over thirty minutes just to verify my student status the bank was empty..and they told me to wait for the manager the manager had someone in her office and they kept talking about their language and where she’s from for thirty minutes! Knowing that she had a customer waiting or her she continued her conversation I just got up and left.

It's a bank. What more could you expect. Aside from the average service, the smell in this place is horrendous! Smells like someone had their gallbladder removed and the aftermath was left lingering in the lobby. I can't believe no one else has complained or mentioned this!Not my usual bank since I'm traveling in from out of town on business, but my God, someone PLEASE get the sewage or bathroom checked out in this place ???.

One star is still a lot for this bank!!!!THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, please Corporate office check out the complaints! Tried to cash a check, the check is good , teller getting supervisor override, pressed the wrong button, it voided the check and will not accept it, all she can say no apologies “ oh the system does not want to take it anymore but the check is good, just go to your bank and deposit it, such an unprofessional, their fault but you have no other choice, Why they are treating their customer really bad is because there’s only one chase bank in Delano, people has no choice but to take their awfulness attitude! I just hope the corporate will read this and audit them!

Omg! My first ever bank!! This is where I opened my first Checking/savings account back in 1999. It used to be a Washington Mutual. I never had an issue the people I dealt with were always very friendly. FYI, the pictures are not an actual description of the Bank, lol. I'll upload some pics next time I'm in the area.

I left work early to open an account but after an hour of waiting I was told they couldn't help me because they where closing soon. It would have been nice to be notified before waiting an hour for nothing.

I really do love this bank. We have a couple of accounts here and we're considering moving our personal account here. Everyone is so friendly here, over and beyond friendly, Chase really knows how to take care of their costumers. There is more than enough parking! I just wish they had more tellers at the windows during their busiest hours to avoid the super long line.
