Their bad customer service alone made me not even want to take my vehicle there. The one lady kept asking me for my registration she said she needed the Vin number & I just told her uh.. the Vin can be found by the windshield. It's almost as if she thought my vehicle was stolen and she wanted to verify it wasn't. Then this man came out, let's call him salt & pepper, & just was very.. not friendly. I told them it would be out of pocket & that's probably why they seemed like they didn't want to touch my vehicle. Not sure what there work is like but based off my initial service, no thanks I'll take my car elsewhere.

Do not recommend this place i took in my hellcat and when I got it back the there was a chip on the bumber they fixed there was bumps on the paint job the hood was popping out on one of the corners they did my stripes and they peeled off 3 days later the day I went to pick up the car they did not come out and show me the car and explain what they did they just gave me keys and said that’s itServices: Painting

I would not recommend this shop. I took my truck in for simple things and they took almost one week to get it done, and yet i had to called them to ask about my truck, when i called them they told me they were waiting for some parts still which it wasnt true because, when i was complaining to them because when they told me to take the truck into the shop, they told me they had all the parts and that the changes would be quick. So i decided to go and pick up my truck up. I was really mad because i notice that they used my truck. i took pictures of my miles and it had more miles then what i had left it with. and something else they left my truck super dirty from the inside.Service: Body & Trim

I don't normally post reviews like this but I had to say something. This body shop isn't your best one to go to. We've taken our cars here twice. First time, the bumper started popping out after it was replaced. 2nd time, instead of fixing multiple deep scrapes. We were left with one but just painted over. I talked to one of the workers named Sal about it. Instead of apologizing about it. He was being so defensive just because I called him out on his workmanship. They obviously, offered to fix it. But I just didn't feel comfortable taking the car back in and wont do any future business with this body shop in Delano. I have no idea how this place has almost 5 stars.

I don't normally post reviews like this but I had to say something. This body shop isn't your best one to go to. We've taken our cars here twice.
